We just returned from a relaxing week at Emerald Isle. Windows on the Sea is a wonderful home! It's very spacious and very close to the beach despite being billed as "second row." The kitchen includes all amenities that make you feel right at home. This came in handy when we took advantage of Emerald Isle Realty's recommendation of visiting Clyde Phillip's Seafood in Swansboro. Excellent seafood at an excellent price. The game room in the house is great for kids to build puzzles and play games. (The owners include many options to keep everyone busy on a rainy day.)
I love this home and hope we can stay there for years to come.

Emerald Isle Realty has always provided us good service.
We have rented from them for over 20 years. We love"Windows on the Sea" and have rented it since it was brand new and for two weeks spring and fall since we have retired. The location in "Dolphin Ridge" is convenient to shopping and the beach is lovely in this area. We enjoy the layout of the house and enjoy inviting family and friends to share it with us. We love Emerald Isle and its convenience to other small towns on the Carolina Crystal Coast.

What a great vacation house. A very pleasant experience
all around. My experience with Emerald Isle Realty has been exceptional experience. They were there whenever I needed them, but never intrusive. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. I have been dealing with them for over 15 years.

The house was nice and equipped well for us. One twin mattress was not so good and one set of bunk beds were a little shaky. However the views were great! In general the house is very comfortable. The only other issue is that the pool is not available to renters, so we may consider a different location the next time.

My parents celebrated their 50th Anniversary and wanted the whole family together. My husband and I found Windows by the Sea as a rental through EIR. Everyone really liked the house. It fit everyone's needs and more. The location to ocean was perfect. Would recommend this rental, and our family is thinking of renting again.
