QSS in family room, futon on lower level. Three oceanside bedrooms with direct deck access. Covered porches on two levels with spectacular beach views. Spacious, open reverse floor plan features a great room with gas fireplace, dining area and large kitchen with vaulted ceilings. Spacious dining area with table seating for sixteen plus counter seating for six. Gourmet kitchen with 2 dishwashers, double wall ovens. Oceanfront 14’ x 28’ swimming pool with expansive decking with ocean views. Gas grill, table and chairs, loungers and rockers. Heated pool is available for an additional $600 per week. Elevator from lower level to all floors. Spacious BRs all with full, private baths (3 with tiled showers). Whole-house water softener/filter. Second family room on first level with large TV, wet bar, refrigerator and pool access. Rec/game room on lower level with Bluetooth speakers, ping-pong and air hockey tables.
