Duplex, West side only. 4 BR, 2 B. K * Q * Q, S * Q, S. Island Club linens provided. Main floor BR with full bath. Two oceanfront BRs with deck access. All BRs have TVs and ceiling fans. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, Smart TV with premium channels, wireless high speed Internet access. Covered and open decks on both levels with porch furniture including picnic tables and rockers. Gas grill, outside shower. Great ocean views. Walking distance to the pier and a short bike ride to restaurants and shopping. No smoking. Pets allowed with $195 non-refundable fee per pet (2 maximum). Weekly only. Available year-round. 7411 Ocean Drive.
This oceanfront property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation. Pet fee $250 non-refundable per pet (2 maximum).
Available for monthly rentals November - March $3,000. Reserved for weekly guests all other months.

Each of our vacation homes are treated regularly to keep bugs at bay, but such pests are prevalent in our area due to our warm climate and dense vegetation. I will certainly ask our housekeeping department to send someone to treat the home again. Please let us know of such things during your stay and we'll gladly take care of it for you. I do agree, the view from this home is wonderful. I hope you and your family will come again.
