Our week at Beach House East was wonderful! The house is well maintained and well equipped for a large family. The only thing that it needs are higher sitting chairs for the deck to allow you to sit and see over the deck rail. Would rent this house again and again.

The view was great. The beds were terrible. They could use some foam or memory foam mattress toppers. They should also leave at least salt and pepper for people to use for cooking. Luckily we brought all of our spices with us. There is no grill at this property. The enclosed outside shower was nice. I believe the price is fair.

This house is a wonderful spot, but most importantly, it is very clean. It needs some additional chairs on the porch to accommodate more adults, but other than that, it has everything you need. The wireless internet is great as well as TVs in every room!!! It is a great house for a few adults. With only 2 baths (and one very small that is off of the master bedroom), there may not be enough toilets for families with several children. That just all depends on your needs and how many there are. We would stay here again.
