Deck and gated covered porch with rockers and picnic table, gas grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower (shared). Great ocean views and direct access to beach. Weekly only. No smoking. This is cute small duplex, nicely decorated and comfortable but the interior smelled of urine and was not clean upon arrival. Although realtor sent housekeepers, the odor remained throughout the stay. The kitchen was Very Poorly appointed. No coffee cups, bent silverware, not appropriate pans etc..The location is perfect. No value no matter what the price if the interior smells.

I'm sorry about the smell you reported. As you stated, our housekeeping department did come to the property to clean and deodorize but they didn't notice a smell. We've since returned to the property to clean and still haven't detected an odor of any type, nor have any guests after you reported this. I am happy to know that housekeeping was able to provide you with additional coffee cups and kitchenware.
