Carolina Sands was a perfect house and has it all! Beach path access is right across the street and a very easy walk. The house is new. Clean. Beautifully decorated. All the technology you will need. Every room has LCD Tv's with cable. Wireless access via TWC RR. Rec room has fridge, pool table, iPod player, sink, hooks and trash cans. Media room has plenty of seating and movie players. A bathroom attached with laundry. Outside is a perfect pool, hot tub, shower h/c, extra pool toys, beach chairs and a putting green with clubs and balls. A Q Bed with BB facing pool, full bath with tub.
2nd story in where most bedrooms are. K room in back with full bath/tub/shower, opens to hallway. Fb in hallway for use with 2 Q Bed rooms facing ocean with 2nd level veranda access. Another K-prob MB, with FB and front loading w/d in bathroom. Separate soaking tub and standup shower. Room also opens to 2nd floor veranda.
3rd story another K room facing back of house with full bath/tub/shower, opens to hallway, off kitchen which is only bath on 3rd floor. Nice living room with TV and walk out to veranda. Wet bar with ice machine, never need to buy ice. Kitchen table with seating for 10, 4 bar stoles are set up at kitchen counter. Awesome kitchen with everything you need!
Emerald Isle Realty was wonderful. When we first got there we could not access internet. They send someone out to fix it and the owner of the house called to make sure it was working! Password caps was the only issue. They also went out and bought us a device we needed for the bathroom! Amazing service and our rental agent Gina has become a family friend!
You can rent this house without any hesitation or concerns, absolutely amazing!

We loved the house, it's beautiful!! We have never stayed at a house with a elevator before and now I'm sure we always will in the future!!
The house was decorated beautifully and also very functional with a fully stocked kitchen to the beds made on our arrival!!
We had a small issue with the water and they fixed it right away.
The location was great, not too far from movies and places to eat!

This was a very nice, clean home. Great ocean views. From the Wii at the top to the pool at the bottom - makes for fun times. Kind of misleading with the three master bedroom suites. I thought they would have private baths, but only one does. Miss it already, wish I was there...

This home is advertised with three master suites because there are three bedrooms which have access to a bath, though two of these bathrooms also open up to the hall; these baths can be made private simply by locking the hall door. Many find this feature appealing as it provides more accessibility within this large Sandcastle home.

Wonderful home, but the pool was not serviced properly and everyone was on antibiotics after the vacation.

I'm very sorry to hear that you and your family were sick when you returned home. I haven't had any complaints about the pool at Carolina Sands nor did we receive any requests for maintenance during your stay. It is true that you need to shower before going into the pool to cleanse your skin from any lotions and salt water. This will aid in preventing infection as it will keep the water clean and the chemicals with which the water is treated will stay at a consistent level.
