Oceanfront 15’ x 34’ saline swimming pool and six person hot tub. Heated pool is available for an additional $600 per week (operable only when air temperature is above 60°). Seven master bedroom suites (2 with jacuzzis). Rec room on main floor with pool table and full size refrigerator. Media room with large screen TV and surround sound. Elevator access to second floor. 2 dishwashers, 2 washer/dryers, 2 refrigerators, 11 flat screen cable TVs (9 are 37” DVD/LCD combos, 46” in MBR and 60” in living area), electric fireplace, ceiling fans throughout. Orbi whole home mesh wireless network. Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Hardwood floors in main living area. Covered and open decks with porch furniture including rockers and lounge chairs. Gas grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Weekly only. Available year ‘round. No smoking.
