This is the best place to take a family. You can have the privacy of the parents upstairs and the teenagers downstairs. The decor was lovely. We will be back this summer if we can book the date we need. We will come back year after year. Can not say one negative thing about this place. The kids even have requested that we go back and stay here. We had a place on Oceanview growing up and our parents sold it 6 years ago and we miss it so much. This is the next best thing!

Chetola East is a nice oceanfront home. The changes were very nice, and kitchen was well equipped. (My only suggestion is to upgrade the stove & fridge). I enjoyed being able to open the sliding glass doors at night & listen to the ocean, very relaxing!!! We all had a wonderful time at EI again!!! Thanks

Great rental. Good view of the beach and well appointed. Looks like it might have been redone recently. Good home for a family. We enjoyed our stay.

We have a roofing company and had to work @ Camp LeJeune. We rented this duplex and loved it. It was perfect for us and was oceanfront. I will be staying here again in the near future :)

Our family really loved the house and the location. We would recommend this house to family and friends. The house was decorated beautiful. When we had a problem with the bathroom sink, Emerald Isle Realty worked fast to fix the issue. We love Emerald Isle, the location is beautiful and has alot to offer to kids and adults. I would recommend this location to anyione.

No complaints; there were a few items that needed to be repaired in our condo upon our arrival, but the maintainence men came very quickly and fixed everything. They were very polite and helpful.

The home is cute and nicely furnished. However, the air conditioner was broken and it was too hot to stay there. Sabrina at Emerald Isle Realty graciously moved us to another cottage, Sea Trace West, where we were extremely pleased. Our family has worked with EIR for a number of years and our experiences with them have always been good.

Enjoyed the house but first two days had AC trouble, unit needed recharged. Made life slightly uncomfortable but situation was remedied quickly. Had a bigger issue with debris on upper and lower decks. Seems recent work done to the unit included siding and roof work and we were plagued with old rusty nails, sharp slivers of siding and razor blades left behind. We cleaned things up before grandkids arrived or there could have been trouble.
