I am sorry to hear that you encountered some bugs in the home, and I thank you for coming into the office before your check out tomorrow. The pictures of the bugs that you showed me were of palmetto bugs and not roaches. While unsightly, palmetto bugs are indigenous to our area and are not dirty nor disease carrying. Still, they should not be within the home so we are sending an exterminating company to perform a crack and crevice spray at the home. I wish you had made us aware of this matter earlier in the week so we could have provided this relief to you sooner. Thank you again for your feedback.

“a carefree week on the beach.”
One of the best things was the outside hot/cold shower. Most of us used that, sometimes twice a day. It's such a great place to be.

I do agree that this house has a wonderful layout and the potential to be wonderful. I'm happy to let you know that our refurbishment team is working with this owner to make some improvements to Jaws. We do update the pictures on our website regularly so each of our guests know what to expect when they arrive at their chosen rental home. Upon reading your review today, we'll be visiting Jaws to make sure our pictures are accurate. Also, this property is not advertised with a grill but you can always add a grill to your reservation for an additional fee. Ask our vacation planners about this when you call to book.
