the name cozy cottage fits the place well.we enjoyed ourselves,location was nice,walking distance to the little store (flip-flops)made it nice.we would probably stay again

The house was in a great location, you just stepped off the porch and on to the beach. Unfortunately there was mold that was growing in one of the bathroom which accumulated a lot of moisture even though we kept the dehumidifier running. The linens were worse than what I used in college, scratchy and not comfortable. The air seemed to lose steam in the middle of the night and there were some simple maintenance issues that should have been taken care of before we arrived (broken door, toilet handle, and the mold…it didn't appear over night). The house itself was cute and a perfect size for my sister, her two kids and my husband and I. I was disappointed for the amount of money that we paid and the lack of attention to detail. If the minor issues would have been taken care of before we arrived I would not have complained.

A Cozy Cottage; what a perfect name for a perfect vacation. The house was comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and inviting. The deck that overlooked the ocean...what more could I ask for...ok, maybe a retractable awning or more of a roof to protect you from the sun while relaxing. We spent a lot of time on the deck in the morning and evenings before spending the day at the beach, which by the way was a hop, skip and a jump from the cottage. The cottage was supplied with much more than I could have imagined. The kitchen was more than fully stocked including a blender and crockpot. The only thing I see that needs updating are the bathrooms especially the little one near the twin beds. Will I rent from here again...absolutely. I'm looking forward to our next vacation and inviting even more of the family. The island is simple, quiet and quite quaint. See you soon.
