Very clean. Comfortable living area. Well stocked kitchen. Front loading washer and dryer. Bedrooms separated for privacy. Short walk to beach. Nice screened-in back porch with comfortable furniture. The back-porch roof did leak when it rained heavily. The house is in the middle of two different beach access points. It is a little bit of a walk, but no big deal.

Our group of six (two adults, four middle-aged kids) enjoyed a great week at Delmar by the Sea. The house was perfectly situated for our group. The extra twin room was a bonus to have as well. We enjoyed the screened porch in the evenings when it was cooler and the front porch each morning. The kitchen and living areas are quite spacious with comfortable furniture. Everything worked as it should and we liked the outdoor shower on the lower level to rinse off from the beach. The beach access to the left of the house is the one we used the most and it was easy to get to and did not have steps. The location of the house makes it easy to bike to the ice cream shop! We'd definitely stay here again!

Well-equipped kitchen; clean and comfortable furnishings. Bedrooms are bigger than they look in the pictures. There is a small 4th bedroom with twin bed. Back porch is quite nice. Beach access is close (go left from house for easiest path; the access on the right has many steps).

Delmar by the Sea has a great layout, allowing privacy and plenty of room. We had 5 adults and did not feel cramped at all. In addition to the living room with TV, there was a screened in porch with a table where we set up a puzzle. The porch was good for reading or any activity away from the TV. This was the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in - in 10 years and the appliances were new. The beds were comfortable. (Pillows were too high for me, but that's minor.)
The only item lacking was a DVD player. It's puzzling since they are not expensive. There are 2 TVs, nice size flat screens, but we did miss the DVD player.
The owners live below and are very nice. When the grill didn't work properly they went and bought another one!

This was a nice location and accommodations. The house has comfortable furniture / beds. The back porch is wonderful. I plan to stay again. The owners live beneath the rental and my kids thought that was a little uncomfortable but It was actually fine because they are very nice.

The house was in excellant condition and so clean.
It was a nice home away from home. It was our type of house and filled all our needs.
We would go back and also recommend it for others.
Wish the sand path to beach was a board walk for us older folks. The other way to beach had many stairs, again not easy for seniors but that is the beach.
Liked the screened in back porch and automatic blind open and closers.
