Brief Description: Hyalite Creek Cabin is located at the South end of the beautiful Paradise Valley, near Yellowstone National Park’s North entrance at Gardiner. The home is a mixture of modern amenities and interesting antiques. With two bedrooms and

a l...arge covered deck, it’s a comfortable base for a group to fish, hike, visit the park or just relax.

Bedrooms and baths: The lodge has two bedrooms and plenty of extra sleeping space. The master bedroom is off the upstairs loft with a king size bed and his and her baths. One of the bathrooms has a claw foot tub and the other has a stall shower. Also

in the loft is a sitting area with both a twin size and full size sofa sleeper. The second bedroom is the main level and has a full size bed. The third bathroom adjoins this bedroom and has a tub/shower combo. For additional sleeping space, one of the sofas

in the living room also converts into a bed.

Kitchen: There is a great cook’s kitchen with a Wolf range and Sub-zero refrigerator. On a chilly afternoon the cook in your group will enjoy the warmth of the small woodstove in the kitchen. There is a gas barbecue grill just out on the deck.

Dining area: This area is open to the kitchen and there’s a long dining table that will seat eight comfortably. There is additional seating on the deck.

Living room: The home is bright and open with tall ceilings and a very cozy feeling. There is a great mixture of interesting art and antiques, including antique doors throughout the home. An L shaped sofa fills the room and faces a beautiful wood-burning

fireplace, it makes a great place to hang out after a day of exploring. The living room also has a 27” flat screen TV with a DVD player.

Loft: You’ll find a good selection of books and comfortable seating in the loft. There are also two sofa sleepers for flexible sleeping options.

Setting, acreage, and views: Hyalite Creek Cabin sits on 40 private acres on a hillside bordered by the Mountain Sky Guest Ranch a short distance North of Yellowstone National Park.

Outdoor Amenities: There is a large deck with a grill for dining, entertaining or just relaxing and taking in the beautiful surroundings.

Activities nearby: There’s easy hiking into the hills behind the house and you’re just a short drive to fishing on Big Creek, a stream which supports large numbers of cutthroat and brook trout. There’s also fishing on the Yellowstone River, horseback

riding, whitewater rafting, tours of Yellowstone National Park and more.

Golf: Rising Sun Golf Course is now offering a free round of golf per person for stays of 5 nights or longer. You can enjoy the amazing brand new golf course on Tuesday mornings or Thursday afternoons.

Closest town and airport: You are about 25 minutes from Emigrant and 45 minutes from Gardiner with basic shopping stores and about 50 minutes from the fun small town of Livingston with groceries, restaurants and galleries. You’re an hour and a half from

Bozeman’s Gallatin Field Airport.

Other notes: There is not a landline phone on this property and cell phone service can be spotty here. The home has a large two-car garage with the laundry room off the garage. A higher clearance vehicle or four wheel drive is recommended to access the

  this cabin is immaculate, spacious and beautifully situated.
  i recommend it if you are looking for a mountain stay, close to yellowstone national park.
  the cabin is well appointed and well equipped.
  it is very secluded. it is 6 miles off the main road and you will need a large all wheel drive vehicle.
  this is my only criticism. i wish the company had advised on the vehicle we needed to arrive at the cabin. some of the tracks are very rough. we had a puncture during the first week which we were able to get fixed in livingston, which is about 40 miles away.
  but it was great to wake up to silence or the sounds of woodpeckers and watch the weather change from the porch of the house. we were a party of 3 but i think it would accomodate 6 comfortably.

  the cabin was beautiful and very clean. although we wanted seclusion, not having TV or phone service was a little hard! the view from the deck was fantastic and the drive up the hill was georgeous!
