Yellowstone Adventure Retreat sits at the foot of Montana's Absaroka Mountains. Nestled in the heart of Paradise Valley, the Yellowstone Adventure Retreat is flanked by the Absaroka Range to the east and the Gallatin Range to the west, and Yellowstone National Park to the south. Surrounded by all of this beauty, Yellowstone Adventure Retreat allows visitors the ability to see it all from the comfort of home. The views and the fishing are enough to make this a great place to visit, but what really makes Yellowstone Adventure Retreat special is the home itself. This 4,400 sqft. house was built in 2008 and has never been lived in. Purchased in... 2013, the new owners committed themselves to updating all the furnishings in the home. One of the key features of this beautiful home is the large main floor living space. The fully stocked kitchen has a commercial range with six gas burners and a large stainless range hood. Other amenities include a large stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, and granite counter tops throughout. All of these features help make this kitchen the perfect kitchen for dinner in paradise. The kitchen is only the beginning, the entertaining space continues into the large dining/living room combo. This room features a rustic propane fireplace, leather furniture, rough sawn hardwood floors, and a Montana style chandelier. These features help pull the space together to provide guests with the perfect scene for Montana living and Montana entertaining.
Yellowstone Adventure Retreat is not only a great place to entertain large groups, but it also provides plenty of room for them to sleep. With 6 bedrooms, Yellowstone Adventure Retreat can comfortably sleep parties of 14 people. The spacious main floor Master Suite features a queen-sized bed as well as a spacious en-suite with His & Her sinks, walk-in shower, and claw-foot tub. The top floor has 3 bedrooms. Of these bedrooms, two of them feature queen beds and their own private balconies so guests can sit outside and soak in the views over a cup of coffee, or gaze out at the stars of the Big Sky with a glass of wine. In addition to these two bedrooms there is a third bedroom with one bunk bed. The home has 2 additional bedrooms in the walk-out basement. The first bedroom features a queen sized bed and the other bedroom is a large bedroom that features 4 twin sized beds. Whatever the size of your party, Yellowstone Adventure Retreat is ready to accommodate you.
Yellowstone Adventure Retreat also provides the perfect space to enjoy the Montana outdoors. The property sits not far from East River Road, the pathway towards either Livingston to the north, or Yellowstone to the South. East River Road is a well maintained road with relatively little traffic which means the home enjoys peace and quiet without being in the middle of nowhere. Having a 5 acre yard also means this property sits far enough from the road that children and pets can run and play safely outside without worry. Families can also enjoy the beautiful deck and BBQ as they enjoy a true Montana dinner in the heart of Paradise. The yard isn't just perfect for family gatherings and BBQ's, but it also features a rare amenity not found in most vacation homes. Yellowstone Adventure Retreat is equipped with a large circular driveway that allows for ample parking to accommodate those large families coming to visit. Another feature is that travelers that are towing fifth wheels, campers, or RV's can enjoy the driveway as there is no need for fancy maneuvering as drivers can just 'pull-through' to enter and exit the property. In addition to great RV parking, Yellowstone Adventure Retreat features RV hookup so that travelers can run power and sewer to their units while they stay in the home. This is ideal for large gatherings, weddings, family reunions, or any other large family occasion you can think of.
Paradise Valley is full of wonders of its own. Great hunting, fishing, ATV'ing, hiking, and white water rafting are all activities found in abundance in this slice of Montana heaven. Beyond Paradise Valley there are other activities that attract people to Montana such as our skiing, golfing, and museums. Bozeman, which is just 50 minutes away, has some of the best golf courses in this part of the state. Also in Bozeman, the Bridger Bowl Ski area and Big Sky Ski resort attract ski enthusiasts from across the nation to tackle the slopes. Dining, shopping and museums are all important part of this local 'metropolis'. So no matter where your interests lie, Yellowstone Adventure Retreat is close enough that you can be out experiencing your own little slice of Paradise.Read more
