Very close to great golf courses including Encinitas Ranch, La Costa Resort, and many more. Only a 10 minute drive to either Legoland to the north, or going south into Del Mar. This apartment is over the garages of a beautiful oceanfront property. It has great ocean views, a parking space provided in the driveway, use of the direct beach access and a private oceanfront deck. You can walk over to Coast Hwy, only a block east, for coffee or dining, you can walk along the beach into Carlsbad. It is a quiet location where you can relax, and enjoy the great salt air, mild year round coastal temperatures.

Chris is always courtious and profesional as well as a joy to visit with. Having access to the many decks makes this a dream beachfront property. The beach is very clean and the private entrance to it makes it very easy to take a stroll. The home is in a perfect location to visit anywhere from Coronado to Oceanside easily, the only "problem" is choosing where to go or where to dine. This area is a recreation and dining paradise. We consider this our second home and could"nt ask for anything more. We treasure every moment.
