Step inside and see this bright and cheery l BR 1 Bath beach cottage with all new furnishings and a brand new kitchen. You'll appreciate the open floor plan and the southwest facing windows will just brighten your day! When there is a sunset, you see it. When... there is a sunrise, you see it!

The quartz countertops make the kitchen area very classy. The whole house water filtering systems allows you to refill your water bottle from the tap! Yummmmm. The flat screen HDTV is perfect for romantic movie watching and the West Elm couch makes for awesome comfort. Speaking of comfort, snuggle up in the brand new queen size bed with quality linens and a luxury comforter for a guaranteed peaceful night sleep. The dimmer switches are there to set any mood that you might be looking for. Wait till you see the travertine walk-in shower that is big enough for 2!! And, the huge closet is just perfect for your summertime wardrobe.

Open the windows and sliding glass door and enjoy the smells and sounds of the ocean - just 2 blocks away.

Moonlight Beach and Stone Steps Beach are about a 5-minute walk from the house with the best swimming and surfing around. 5 min. drive to Swami's. (Rated one of the best surf spots in the US).

The adorable town of Encinitas, with shopping and fabulous restaurants for all palates and budgets, is only a ten minute stroll. For those of you who love to cook, Whole Foods is opening a new store right in town and their readymade delights are fabulous.

The Coaster is a popular train that runs between Downtown San Diego and Oceanside with stops in Little Italy, Old Town, Solana Beach, Encinitas and Carlsbad. The closest station is a 5-minute drive or a 12-minute walk from the beach house. If you're headed to the Del Mar Races, the coaster takes you to the Solana Beach station where the red Double Decker bus delivers you right to the main entrance of the track.

Legoland is a quick 10 minute drive north and the posh town of La Jolla is 10 minutes south. You don't even have to get on the freeway! Pacific Coast Highway also known as Highway 101 is the coastal road going north and south through some of the coolest beach towns in Southern California!! The Casa is located 2 blocks for Moonlight Beach in Encinitas. It is a 5 min. walk to the beach in 2 directions and a 10 walk to the adorable town of Encinitas. The property is 35 min. from downtown San Diego, the Zoo, Seaworld and the airport...10 min. from the Del Mar Fair grounds and 10 min. from Legoland. Swami's (one of the top 5 surf spots in the world) is a 15 min. walk and a 5 min. drive away. The Self Realization Center is just a 15 min. walk from the Casa.

  Great place on the Pacific coast for me and my son.

  This place was just as advertised and the perfect size for my 11-yr old son and I. It has a living room open to full kitchen, 3/4 bath (no tub) and a bedroom. We walked to the beach, only 2 blocks away, to the train station, to the restaurants where we wanted to eat, to rent our bikes and to our surfing lessons.
  
  The use of two beach chairs, a boggie board and 2 big, plush beach towels came with the rental. My son used the boggie board almost every day and I used the beach chair.
  
  The apt was beautiful. I would recomend the property for couples or small families (no more than 3 people) who don't mind walking up and down stairs as the apt is on the second floor. The property has it's own, private entrance.
  
  Terri was very welcoming and easy to do business with. She responded to e-mail quickly and sent our deposit right away.
  
  The place does not have a view of the ocean - it wasn't a draw back for us, because a great beach is so close and we wanted to be on the beach, not looking at it. But, if you are hoping for a view of sunsets, you will not get them here.
  
  Encinitas is a lovely place to visit - what I enjoyed was the lack of tacky tourist places (go up to Oceanside for that) including the absence of tourist shops selling a bunch of plastic junk.
  
  Encinitas is a great location to get to San Diego, the Wild animal Park in Encondido, and many other coastal communities.
  
  We also visited a place called, Setting in Stone, north of the apt on Hwy 101 to make concrete stepping stones as our souvenier.
  
  We would definitely return.

  This is a great place to get-away from the winter blues or stay if you want to experience the San Diego area. It is within walking distance to 2 beach access points which provides breath-taking sunset views over the ocean. It is also within walking distance of many great little restaurants so you don't have to drive or cook.
  
  The condo is tastefully decorated and well-appointed. We were very comfortable there and refer to our experience at Terri's frequently. We would stay there again and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.
