Fully renovated, looks like my grandma's house outside, and inside is so highly upgraded and modern! This adorable beach house has two bedrooms and two baths, a jacuzzi in the fully fenced backyard! All you need for your stay and hanging out at the beach. Walk only 4 blocks to Beacon's! Bring your surfboard! All else is supplied, including your beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, and more. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen has a convection microwave, a Bosch dishwasher, upgraded appliances throughout. The property was in excellent condition, beautiful decor and a nice location. Hot tub was a welcome treat for after surfing, and the local surf spots are nice and easily accessible. Yard stayed muddy from sprinklers (on daily) but otherwise an absolutely wonderful place to stay. I would recommend this house to anyone travelling to Encinitas.

This was a wonderful house to stay in- it is beautiful, great kitchen, very clean. The location is ideal- walk to Beacon's Beach, very quiet, and still has quick acess to the interstate, all shopping very close by. The hot tub is a bonus as well. Chris was very prompt with answering all questions. We loved our stay and hope to come back soon!

We stayed a week and wanted something convenient and nice. We are originally from the area and wanted a place that didn't feel like a hotel. From the outside the house looked like a small beach house. But, once inside it was spacious, well appointed and way more than we expected. There was plenty of room everywhere and the house had everything we needed. I only wish we had more time to take advantage of all the house had to offer. The location is close to everything. We would definitely come back again. What a nice surprise...
