Left on 04/19/2013 for a stay in March 2013
We stayed here with our two young children for the month of March this year. It is absolutely perfectly located - right on the ocean (we sat and watched dolphins and surfers a lot of the time) and also close enough to Encinitas town to be convenient. Great for children as it is very much a beach house. And Neptune avenue is a great road and there is off street parking at the condo.
Highly recommended.
