  Well maintained rental in a great location. Walked to beach and restaurants and not far from botanical gardens and Legoland. Kids loved bunked beds and fenced front and backyards. Kitchen well equipped with necessities. Cable, Internet and hot tub all added bonuses. Property owner very responsive. Would definitely rent again!

  A Little Taste of Paradise!

  We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home-away-from home. It was well-equipped with everything you need for a stress-free vacation. The landscaping was lush and well-maintained and the fully enclosed patio/garden area was a safe-haven for our dogs. A Whole Foods grocery store, multiple restaurants and bars were just steps away. Cupboards were fully-stocked with sheets, towels and kitchen supplies. We look forward to visiting this Encinitas cottage again very soon!

  The place is very nice, the town lovely and conviniently situated - close to South Cal attractions. We were 3 grounups (wife, mil and me) and 4 kids. And the place had room for them all -fine. If there was a problem - Lance is there to help. No problems with money and return of collateral whatsoever. Why only 4 and not 5 stars - too close to railroad. Did not bother me too much, but still it's there - look it ip on map to see for yourself.

  Really enjoyed our stay in this clean, comfortable beach home. We walked to the beach, quaint downtown area, restaurants and the brand new WholeFoods which is just around the corner. The home was well stocked and well kept.
