Our lovely home is the perfect place for your San Diego vacation. Spacious, comfortable and tropical describe this 3,400 square foot home in the highly sought after beach community of Encinitas. Located in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac our home is gated and features lots of windows, extra tall ceilings and an open floor plan The lush tropical yard, patio and privat...e swimming pool, jacuzzi with waterfall are perfect for outdoor entertaining. You'll love the large open kitchen with granite counter tops, lafamily room with flat screen HDTV, DVD, surround sound and wireless internet.
The tropical yard is perfect for outdoor entertaining. Outdoor dining seats 10, with additional seating in a grouping around a wood burning chimeria, and also around a gas firepit.
Our home has 2 upstair balconies a huge master bedroom complete with California King bed, fireplace and parents retreat and oversized master bathroom.
Spacious Family Room with new 60" Flat screen TV with surround sound, and entertainment center.
Moonlight Beach, the premier North County Beach is within easy walking distance at just 1/2 mile away. This beach has it all, great surf, free parking, lifeguards, park with children's playground, snack bar with beach rentals, clean bathrooms and showers plus plenty of free parking!

Master bedroom has a California King Bed that is very comfortable pillow top matress, Three bedrooms have Queen Beds and one bedroom has two twin beds.

We are less than half a mile from the best beach in north county. Moonlight beach has free parking, volleyball courts, children's park, firepit rings, bathrooms, showers, lifeguards and even a concession stand with rentals. We live in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach but far from the noise and crowds. We love being near Moonlight Beach, the Coaster (local train station) and the easy access to the 5 freeway. The Coaster provides fast and easy transportation to downtown San Diego. It is very easy to catch a ball game, visit the Gas Lamp district, get to the Convention Center, ride the Trolleys or just visit downtown.
