Take in stunning views of famous Moonlight Beach and the pacific ocean, experience the soothing sound of waves crashing and watch spectacular sunsets while you relax and feel right at home

My husband and I travel extensively and have chosen to share our Encinitas home with special guests throughout the year. This exquisite home offers 2,000+ sq feet of living space, with beautiful slate flooring and top quality decor throughout. We pride ourselves o...n providing an extremely clean, yet cozy environment for guests. Our bedlinen, pillows and comforters are all new and fresh. Paintwork is maintained annually and carpets are cleaned regularly. We want our guests to have a superior vacation experience and feel that they've found a home from home!

The gourmet kitchen has state of the art, stainless steel appliances and cookware, beautiful granite counter tops and walk-in pantry. In addition to providing tea, fresh coffee a selection of herbs & spices to cook with plus oil, vinegar and some other basic pantry goods; we also provide a complimentary grocery pack for all guests which includes, bread, milk, yoghurt, butter, jam and fruit. When you book your vacation we'll ask for your preference in all of the above items. Should you wish to have additional groceries provided it's no problem, feel free to ask! For a minimal fee we will happily stock the fridge prior to your arrival.

Our main living-room area is cozy and relaxing with a large flat screen TV, DVD player, Bose deck, gas fire and comfortable sofas to enjoy reading or just admiring the view from the French doors which lead to the upper deck and outdoor dining area. One of the sofas in this area is a double sleeper for 2 people.

Bedrooms have flat screen TV's installed with cable connection, allowing you to browse hundreds of channels at your leisure. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and French doors leading to the lower deck and garden. You also have ocean view from this room and can clearly hear the waves crashing as you fall asleep. You will find an iron and ironing board in the master closet and a hair dryer in the master en-suite bathroom. For families traveling with small children we provide child gates, a pack n play, high chair, beach toys and boogie boards.

Bathrooms are stocked with a selection of products for our guests to use. We also provide laundry detergent, dishwasher liquid, dish washing soap, general cleaning liquid, bathroom tissue, face tissues and kitchen paper towels. We try to be as earth and animal friendly as possible in our product choices. Whenever possible we choose vegan, earth friendly bathroom products and chemical free household cleaning items. Moonlight Beach is the focal point of all summer activities in the city of Encinitas and undoubtedly one of the finest locations in San Diego County. It has permanent lifeguard HQ, volleyball courts, tennis court, kids play park, concession stand, fire pits, showers and public facilities. Walk 3 minutes to the heart of Downtown Encinitas and you'll find a large selection of cafes, restaurants, shops, salons, spas and much more. There is so much to see and do locally, you're definitely spoiled for choice.
In addition to all of the facilities that Moonlight Beach has to offer there are also numerous other local attractions in close proximity: Self Realization Center and Meditation Gardens- 8min walk.
