Description

Nice authentic property in the Champagne region of France close the Vosges, Franche Comte, Langres, Dijon and the Burgundy Wines in the village of Melay.

Enjoy the calm and quietness of this rural land, stroll through the woods or the village and meet its friendly residents. Visit the local flea markets, local produce markets and producers and prepare an evening meal with the fresh local products you just purchased. Dick, Rita and Olivia live in the house next door and can help you with all kinds of information about the area. There is so much (or nothing) to do, just as you wish.

The house is located in a nice little village and has a large kids friendly garden with a variety of toys including swings, a trampoline , a playhouse, a tractor, bicycles, etc. In the summer there is a small swimming pool. There is a big beautiful swimming pool in the next village.

The house is fully equipped and has a kitchen, large bathroom with shower and washing machine, two large double bedrooms and a large loft with sofa bed. The house can accommodate up to 7 people .

The weekly rate is 350 euros in low season (until June 15) and 490 euros in high season (June 16 to September 15) . Price per day is 120 euros. Rita a great cook: she can make a nice meal with local products (she can cook different diets as well like vegetarian, vegan, raw food, paleo, gluten or lactose -free).
