RIGHT ON THE HARBOR... LOOKING OVER THE WATER TO LEMON BAY! This is a one bedroom condo, with pull out couch in livingroom. Lanai is a stones throw from the water, so your view is fantastic. We have a fully applianced kitchen, washer and dryer, ceiling fans, central air and ocean breezes to keep you cool. The sliding doors to the lanai, give you a nice sunny spot to relax with a book or watch the boat activity. Linens supplied, and additional housekeeping available if you need it. Assigned parking, so always a spot.

Harbortown is a small association..(28 ) located right on the harbor. Englewood is a beautiful little area, with lots to do, or just enjoy the many beaches it has to offer. There are no crowds, heavy traffic, or high rise buildings to spoil the natural beauty of the area. The white powdery beaches go on for miles...with beautiful aquamarine waters and soft white sand. Miles to explore, hunt for shells or shark's teeth or sit and read your favorite book
LOcated just steps from a very popular restaurant, allows for appetizers prior to dinner, drinks by the pool, or meals when you just don't feel like cooking or driving. The pool is set up with a grilling area, for those sunset cookouts....and there are grills by the condo, also. The boat ride to our beach, is fantastic,...dolphins, manatees and tons of birds to observe. It is nature at its best, but with all the added ammenities for your enjoyment.
Although Englewood is not highly developed, it has some wonderful restaurants to enjoy, and Sarasota, Venice, Boca Grande etc. are all close enough to get to for other activities. There is a huge strip of beaches, other than ours, to enjoy along the coast..all within a few minutes from the condo.

Agree with all the previous reviews! We could not believe our luck in finding such a beautiful condo. The view of the yachts and boating activity was just amazing and so soothing to the soul. It was perfect for us as Seniors. We also enjoyed the restaurant and its proximity.Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a respite. The description is very accurate.

Condo was easy to find, was clean and just as pictured. Perfect for 2, little crowded for 3. It is located in a marina area so there are some large marina buildings around, but we enjoyed watching all the activities of launching and storing of boats. Lovely views of yacts and wildlife from the lanai and you open the sliding glass wall and let the ocean breeze go blowing right through the condo, wonderful as you enjoy your morning coffee. Club house is a short walk, and you can enjoy viewing the yacts along the way. There's a wonderful seafood and steak house next to the club house, 4 stars. If you don't wanna eat there you can take the water taxi out to the island and there is a wonderful restuarant there, which also had great food. Beach was wonderfully not crowd, no parking fee, and free chairs to sit on. We watched to dolpins frolic in the marina on our way back. Just down the road is a grocery store, gas station and other restuarants. If you like kayaking there was a place just next door to rent them. Many golf courses within just a few miles. Our only disappointment was the hot tub was out of order for most of our stay. Hot water tank was small, so with 3 people we had to rotate shower schedules and washing/dryer unit was loud. We were happy with the place and it's location, I would recommended this place.

Lovely evening dinners on the patio overlooking the marina and docks, lovely sunsets, gentle breezes and lot's of beaches.
Clean and quiet.
What more would you like?
Our second time here and just as good the second time around. You can't say that about many places.
Highly recommended.

Very clean, cozy condo right on the marina where huge boats docked for the weekend. We had fun just reading the boat names, but all the people were very friendly too. We went to palm island and the food was good at the rum bay restaurant, the beach was great with chairs to use, the ferry was awesome. The pool at the marina was very pleasant. Ms Browning was fun to work with and you will love the view, the lanai (only downer was we could not find a way to turn on the ceiling fan), the comfortable bed, and great water pressure for the shower (we were told that was unusual). We did not eat at the seafood restaurant at the marina after several locals recommended not to do so, but there was a steady crowd over there so we could have missed out! I hope to have a repeat visit!

If you are looking for night life and clubbing, then this is not the place for you. But, if you are looking for rest, relaxation, sun, and water, water, everywhere (as Lorna says) then I definitely recommend this area. The condo is nicely appointed, neat as a pin, and was very comfy for the 2 of us. We loved the private beach (you must go!); the shells we picked up were large and beautiful. We even found sand dollars! Lorna helped us find a place to charter a small boat and we ran all over Lemon Bay. The restaurant next door (as reported) is quite good (I had coconut shrimp) and there is a large grocery just down the road. The pool is lovely, and the people we met were very nice. I felt so rested and got a nice tan; all in 4 days! Lorna was super to work with and everything was very easy. Many thanks, Lorna!

We had a wonderful time. Everything worked smoothly and Lorna was very accommodating and easy to work with. The beach and surrounding area was great. Just minutes away from paradise. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to have a quiet relaxing time while avoiding the over crowed tourist traps.

We stayed at the Harbortown condo and it was great. The condo looks out directly to the bay and harbor., very pretty. The pool is amazing...Might be the best pool we have ever been at. Right on the harbor so lots of things to see. Boat ride to the private beach was amazing...Dolphins right up in the wake of the boat...And on the island a great restaurant..And wonderful white sandy beach and lounge chairs set up for our use. Found beautiful shells and sharks teeth. Grills at pool were nice...As we could sit and watch the sunset over the bay as our dinner cooked. Manatees right at our doorstep! Restaurant by condo had delicious meals and very well priced and.,..A beautiful view of the bay...All in all...Can't wait to get back!!!
