Manasota Key 3BR Condo at El Galeon - an outstanding vacation condominium complex!!
Located in the “El Galeon Gulf" complex, our three bedroom / two bath condo is literally just a stones throw from the Gulf of Mexico. This ground floor unit is poolside and is about 30 yards from the beach. This small complex of just 12 units is perfect for families. It is only a few steps from the beach to the pool and to the fridge. The pool is heated in the winter months.

the unit we stayed in was great it had everything we needed. it was nice with the washer and dryer because of 6 adults one baby. We were right by the pool and steps away from the beach. The kitchen had everything you could need. We plan to stay there again next year. Lisa was wonderful to work with and was always quick to get back to me with any questions I had.

This was our 20th year staying in here. We absolutely love it. My kids have grown up...my son was 6 months old when we first went down there. He is now 21!!! We have other family that stays thee at the same time. We have at times had as many as 50 people staying at the El Galeon at the same time. It has a beach side and a bay side with boat slips. There is entertainment close by as well. You cannot beat it for a great vacation!!!

The Condo was very well equipped. We had a toddler with us and the unit came complete with highchair, crib, and plenty of toys for all. It had 4 televisions, with great cable and even a wii gaming system.
The pool and beach were also great. We used the B-Q to cook out part of the time and dined at nearby restaurants.
We have visited Englewood many times during the last 30 years and this stay was one of the best. The water and wildlife on Charlotte harbor are hard to beat. -

Home could have been cleaner but was not bad. Good location. Check out day cleaners were there at 10:40 and acted irritated that we were still packing our car. I have never stayed anywhere that you were treated like that. They told me they needed to get started as next tenants wanted to be in by 2 PM. I thought check in was 4 PM We were so rushed that we left a good pair of sandals there. When I called Jan, a few days later, to see if they had been found, she did not return my call. I tried again in a few more days but no response. We usually stay in Siesta Key and found both the accomodations and treatment by staff to be better than at this site.

We loved where this condo was located. However, the second day we were there the painters decided to cover all of our windows and screened doors with thick plastic and we could not see out and it was very dark in the condo. I wish we would have had some heads up. If we would have know that they were painting we would have stayed elsewhere. For the money we paid it was not worth it.

My husband and I with our four children have enjoyed this rental every year for several years. The unit is very clean and spacious and we love that we can step out the back door and be 20 feet from the beach. As a mom, my favorite thing is that the pool is directly out my front door so I can open the sliding glass door in the master bedroom and hear my infant while I sit out at the pool. The condo is nicely appointed with a washer and dryer as well as a nice selection of beach toys/gear.

We have stayed in this condo twice now because of the location and size. It's right on the beach that is great for shelling! The condo is a rare 3 bedroom and is very spacious. It's a very quiet location and is extremely clean too. Highly recommend this rental!

The condo was absolutely fabulous! Completely stocked with everything we could possibly need. Fantastic location between the beach and bay made it perfect for us to be beach babies by day and fish off the docks at night. Pool was appreciated relief when the waves were a little rough. We'll definitely be back!
