On entry through the pillared foyer you will see the large open plan family room with large TV and comfortable furniture done in blues and lemons. There is also an extra seating area in the form of a formal living room with lovely sofas and table. The kitchen area is large and fully equipped with all the modern conveniences and there is a large breakfast area off the kitchen that looks out over the pool for your breakfast by sunlight.

The location was great and the kids enjoyed the pool. The overall quality of the home was poor (lights flickered, fridge door was glued together). The rental company was great and will likely use them again, but not with this particular home.

Large, comfortable house and large pool. Large yard and is somewhat secluded. Very good location. 10-15 minute walk to the beach. 15 minute drive to restaurants and shops in Venice. House is well equiped and clean (although carpet has some spots). Tmi makes everything very easy.
