The house was as presented in the photos. There is some wear due to it being a rental, but was very clean. Quite neighborhood, secluded. To far to walk to the beach unless you are in good condition and have a fair amount of time, but the pool was lovely. Being from Michigan we didn't need to have it heated, but those from warm climates might want to pay to have it heated. We rented for 3 nights and the 1st night the toilet plugged. Using a plunger caused a back up in the showers. That kind of thing happens -it is how the situation is handled that is important.. Lesley responded very quickly and got someone out in the morning to look at it. When it couldn't be fixed right away she volunteered to move us to another home - I didn't even have to ask. She arranged for it to happen quickly and followed up with us to make sure we were doing well. I was nervous about renting from a company I had not worked with, but I would happily rent from TMI again. The 2nd house was just a nice and clean. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Lemon avenue is our idea of paradise. The house and the pool are wonderful as is the fact that you can walk to the beach in 15-20 minutes. The wild life is amazing - we saw dolphins, tortoises, pelicans, herons, sandpipers and an armadillo. Lesley's service is second to none. You email her and your reply is there very quickly. Anything you ask for is dealt with quickly and efficiently. The weather in april was amazing - wall to wall sunshine, 13 hours a day. I would highly recommend TMI to any holidaymakers planning a trip to this area. This is a quiet, residential area in an idyllic part of the world. We have had 5 holidays in this particular home and I hope that april 2012 will not be our last. Thanks again, Lesley and TMI.

The home was beautiful--it was a little pricey when all was said and done. The walk to the beach was much farther than we thought it would be. Overall we all loved the house==plenty of room.

Lesley atTMI Vacations was great to deal with on the phone and even more accommdating in person. The rental house exceeded our expectations,spacious living area,clean kitchen and bathrooms and plenty of linens. Our favorite was the large heated swimming pool. The walk to the beach was a long trek over a bridge on a busy road, wouldn't walk it again,it's only short drive. It was a Great vacation!

The realtor was very nice and easy to work with! Everything was very clean,and bright. It was very private,with the trees and bushes around the house. There was a pool table,darts, and bikes for us to use. Everything was very accommodating! We loved the pool and pool area!! And having 3 bathrooms was great! The only thing we could have wished for was that the location was closer to my daughter's home?! (I know that wasn't anyone's fault!?!) We were very pleased with everything and would definitely consider renting this property again! Thank you!!

We were at 2665 Lemon ave & were generally satisfied except.Weather was too cold (not anyones fault). The heated pool helped. The walk to the beach was longer than we expected (20-25 min); something on Lemon ave closer to the beach would have been better. We couldn't walk anywhere for groceries or a restaurant etc even the paper boxes were 1 mile away (1 way) The BBQ hadn't been cleaned in probably a year maybe more; it took me about 3 hours to give it a good scrub. . Some blinds needed to be replaced or fixed. House inside has a nice lay-out & was very clean. Lots of room for 3 cars in the driveway.Very nice pool area with lots of room to have meals (for 6) We were very satisfied with the service we received from Lesley Hare at TMI Real Estate.

The pool was great and the house would have been too, but everything was just a little "tired". The bbq grill wasn't clean, there was not enough crockery and cutlery for eight people, the beach towels (with the exception of one set) were past their "best by" date and the pillows were not fresh and clean by any means. Having said that, we didn't let it spoil our stay. With just a little TLC this would make a really good holiday home for a family with young children.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and hope that next time we come, we can stay longer. We have yet to explore the many more beaches in the area! This is a great area with the beaches, shopping, etc... very close! Thank you Lesley and TMI for making it easy for us to rent this place!

As a return visitor this vacation was as good as all the others ( except for the ash cloud worry re air travel). However nothing happened to effect our holiday and Lesley and Doreen were as brilliant as ever. First class and a great company to deal with.
