This magnificent villa is set in the middle of a 3/4 acre lot and is surrounded by natural Floridian trees, palms, bushes, and vegetation providing a high degree of privacy around the house and pool. The house is tastefully furnished, well maintained and regularly updated by the owners, and has very large panoramic windows overlooking the pool from both the quiet sitting area as you enter the villa and also from the master bedroom.

After 10 days in Orlando's attraction places, we really enjoyed this villa. We stayed one week with our children (12 and 9). The villa offered all what we were expected : a great swimming pool, the beach really close, some space to live in and all the commodities.

The only slight disappointment was that the pool went green midway through our stay and despite us reporting it this wasn`t rectified.That apart,superbly equipped very spacious accomodation just two minute drive from fantastic beach.Orlando is less than two hours away and Busch Gardens just over an hour.Will definately return in the future.

We spent one, too short, week in april Grandparents, parents and four children aged 4 - 18. We found the accomodation escellent,everything we expected and the area suitable for all age groups.Englewood beach was a great hit with the children and parents alike. On a personal note I would like to thank Lesley for her help in booking the villa and all the follow-up info. Her friendly manner made the whole booking process easy.

A great time was had by friends and family. The villa was lovely and the pool and the games room great for entertaining the kids. As for the location, it was lovely - great beaches, great food, just what we wanted... we were very sorry to have to leave and would love to be able to come back.

Great place to stay.. Wish there would have been more places ( putt putt go- carts) to take the children. The place was very well equiped clean and we all loved the pool.
