My wife and I stayed here in mid November. What prospective guests need to understand and is not readily apparent in their website is that this resort is more of a beach condo rental than a "resort" in the truest sense. In some respects that is a great thing...it is secluded, quiet, and relaxing. In other respects it has some shortcomings...there is no maid cleaning, you have to trade in your towels at the laundry if you want clean ones and hope there are some available. There are no places to eat within 5 miles and I don't recall vending machines. If you stock your room with groceries everything is there to prepare and serve it.
The bathroom was small in our room. Shower only. The staff was great, courteous, and friendly. There is no on-site staff after 5:00PM. All rooms have some ocean view but be aware that some of the rooms have much better views than others. They were hiring a new maid while we were there. The beach was fantastic...very private and beautiful. Overall we enjoyed our stay immensely however I think management should make it clearer on their
site that room service is not provided.
