This 500 sq.f cottage is located 2 miles from Englewood beach, and walking distance from the historic downtown shops and restaurants.The interior was renovated in 2010,tile foors,new appliancees,cable tv, open kitchen, breakfast bar and it is tastefully furnished.The bedroom has two full beds,that can be put together to make one.The couch is also a sleeper, that can sleep 2 very comfortably.For your convinience and pleasure there is a screened bar with refrigerator and a table for six.Washer,dryer and internet is also available.

Excellent welcome service from the very beginning to the end of our stay. It was as we visited some old friends. We were provided with many extra little things we realized we needed, and owners really paid attention to all our requests.
We stayed a week, beginning of January 2012. The house is very clean and conveniently furnished ( with many little artistic touches and details). Living areas are not big, but nothing is missing and at times you feel kind of romantic. The breakfast bar is an amazing place to have a coffee, drink and chat before dinner.
The house is located really close to everything: five minutes drive from the beautiful Englewood beach with so many restaurants and rentals for any water embarcation you would think about. It is also walking distance from the old town recreational area, featuring traditional shopping, gift and antiques stores, art galleries, farmer market and restaurants, including the famous Mango Tango with live music.
Overall, we had a great vacation, and we liked the area so much, that we decided to buy there our own vacation home. We recommend this house to anyone looking for small, but very clean house for rent and very convenient and complete amenities at the most afordable rate.
