New to our rental program - this spacious home is sure to become a favorite.

On entry into the open large living room there is comfortable sofa's, cocktail tables, tv and dvd. There is formal dining room off the living room and has a table and 6 chairs.

The kitchen is newly updated and is equipped with all stainless appliances - refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove and off the kitchen leading into the garage there is laundry room with washer and dryer. Beside the kitchen there is breakfast area which overlooks the pool and there is table and 4 chairs for casual dining.

The house has three bedrooms, king, queen, and twi...n trundle beds.(which can also be made up into king) The master bedroom has its own updated beautiful shower room, and the guest bathroom is also updated with bath, over bath shower, and vanity.

Great second living area - we call it a Florida Room - is situated at rear of house overlooking the pool area. This room is great casual room to relax,read a book and look at lovely back garden and pool through the glass windows.

Home is fully air conditioned, has double garage and plenty of ceiling fans.

Going out to the great pool area, there is table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Loungers to relax by the pool and a gas BBQ to enjoy outdoor dining in the Florida weather.

Pool area is totally private and pool can be electrically heated in winter.

Walking distance to the beach, and also minutes to local supermarkets and restaurants.
