Loblolly Hill and Cottage is a deluxe Villa located on the hillside in the historic National Park of English Harbour. The main house, Loblolly Hill, consists of four bedrooms and four bathrooms and Loblolly Cottage has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Set in mature tropical gardens, the villa is an oasis, and enjoys privacy while still in walking distance to Falmouth Marina, where there are restaurants, bars, shops, banking, and a small supermarket. Lovely Pigeon Beach is also within walking distance, and is great for swimming and snorkeling.

At the heart of the main house is an elegant and spacious sitting room. The fully-equipped... kitchen and indoor/outdoor dining area are adjacent to the sitting room and have lovely views of the garden and pool. The covered dining area and family room are furnished comfortably and in a tropical style putting emphasis on outdoor living. These rooms overlook the 33’ x 14’ swimming pool from the verandah, which wraps around the villa on three sides. There are two king size bedrooms upstairs, both en-suite with ceiling fans.

There are two sets of stairs leading down to the lower level, through the living area or by the pool. The two ground floor bedrooms are each en suite, one has a King size bed which can be fitted as two singles/twins and the other bedroom has a Queen size bed. There is also a small kitchenette for convenience.

Loblolly Hill can be rented in conjunction with Loblolly Cottage making seven bedrooms available on the property.

Loblolly Cottage is a charming three bedroom villa, situated in the private and mature gardens at Loblolly Plantation. With a separate gated driveway and entrance, the Cottage can be rented as a two bedroom, three bedroom, or as part of the seven bedroom holiday estate. Caribbean decor includes high ceilings, a large, furnished verandah, and al fresco dining.

The kitchen is fully fitted and there is a comfortable indoor living area. There are two en suite bedrooms, fitted as two singles or King, and the third bedroom is a larger studio with Queen size bed and kitchenette. All of the bedrooms are en suite and there are screened windows and ceiling fans throughout.

There is a large verandah that runs the entire length of the cottage---perfect for relaxing, dining, and entertaining. There is a private plunge pool, spacious sundeck, and covered sitting room. Loblolly Cottage is 2/10 mile from local favorite Pigeon Beach, and is walking distance to both English and Falmouth Harbours, with conveniences such as shopping, dining, and sightseeing, bars, and internet cafe.

Without television and internet, Loblolly Cottage is ideal for a truly relaxing getaway. Housekeeping is six days per week unless otherwise desired.

  Very well presented villa with generous bedrooms and ample outdoor space for the parties and chilling out in. The swimming pool was ideal for cooling off in if a little small. Ideally located close enough to the action to walk, both the beach and the main harbours, but far enough away to ensure you couldn't hear the music and felt as though you could relax.
