This detached cottage is on a working farm and equestrian centre just outside Ennis in County Clare and can sleep ten people in five bedrooms. Eden Lodge Cottage is a spacious, detached cottage on the owners working beef and equestrian farm near to the town of Ennis in County Clare. With four doubles and one twin bedroom (three of which have ensuite facilities) and a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep up to ten people in comfort. The rest of the accommodation is made up of a fitted kitchen, a sitting room with an open fire and a dining area for eight people. Outside the cottage is a lawned area with a patio and garden furniture as well... as off road parking for six cars. Beautifully designed and perfectly decorated, Eden Lodge Cottage is a wonderful holiday cottage in a great location.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, CD/radio, selection of books. Electricity charged via meter reading. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 6 cars. Lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles.

Region: County Clare has so much on offer; boat trips, quirky pubs, seaside resorts and a great tradition for Irish music, all set amidst spectacular scenery such as the towering Cliffs of Moher and the fascinating landscape of The Burren.

Town: The town of Ennis is situated on the River Fergus, north of Limerick and south of Galway. The town is made up of narrow, meandering streets, emanating from the lively market square, which play host to unique shops and tantalising restaurants. The Burren National Park is a short drive away and provides great walking in peaceful, relaxing surroundings. Stand atop the Cliffs of Moher and take in the stunning views out to the Atlantic Ocean, take a stroll along the Loop Head Peninsula and experience the 'edge of the world' feeling at the end, or for an unmissable day out, catch the ferry over to the Aran Islands in Galway Bay, and discover the history of the Aran Jumper.Read more

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  I could not have been happier in Ireland than I was using the Eden Lodge Cottage as my "home base," where I easily traversed the entire western side of Erin with ease...and was always so grateful to see "my cottage" at the end of a wonderful day of travel/site-seeing. This cottage is stunningly beautiful, set in a tranquil farm landscape (I even had my own gate to leave open or close as I wished), but the "big house," where my hosts live, is just a short jaunt across the "backyard field," and is also a beautiful place on the landscape as well. It was so nice to go into "town" upon my arrival from Shannon airport, get some wonderfully farm-fresh and oh-so-tasty goodies to stock "my kitchen"--there waiting for me after a day out. The cottage itself is gorgeous and immaculate--easy to make myself at home immediately. My host was incredibly thoughtful and kind, and helped me with my "education" whilst in Ireland on so many issues. I highly recommend Eden Lodge for everyone who visits western Ireland--so much is just a short drive from "the farm," so it's an incredibly economical option, as well.
