It has a private courtyard on the estuary side, ocean view from the living room/dining room/master bedroom, gourmet kitchen, elegant master bedroom with walk-in closet, 2 upstairs bedrooms (one oceanview, one estuary), large upstairs bath with travertine tile and jacuzzi, clean safe drinking water with reverse osmosis system, fully equipped laundry room, and garage.
