The house is located in the most desirable area of downtown Ensenada.
There aren't very many large lots like this in the city, giving guests a lot of privacy, while still being close to it all.
This upscale neighborhood is home to many well established families that have been in Ensenada for many generations, and it has become known as the doctors quarter.
This home is close to everything. Just a few minutes to supermarkets, restaurants, shopping, etc.
There is gated parking for 3 cars (up to 4) and plenty of street parking available.
It is a 2 minute cab ride to the main tourist shopping/restaurants/clubs in downtown (about 12 blocks away).
There is a local supermarket just around the corner that is very well known for their quality produce and meat.
