Well situated, furnished and equipped to excellent standard, two bedroom apartment comprising lounge/dining area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet (bath with shower), extra shower room with toilet, fully fitted and equipped kitchen, utility.
The apartment has free private wifi - internet access.
Easy access to the property by lift or by stairs. Property on floor 4 (penthouse above). There is a dedicated parking space in the underground car park with lift access directly from the car park. Parking is also possible outside on the street.

Malaga airport is probably the most convenient -45 minute drive from the airport to the apartment, although Gibraltar Airport is also an option. From the airport you can travel by motorway which brings you within 3 minutes of the apartment or by the coast road. Car hire is available from Malaga Airport or there are transfers by taxi or bus. Once at Estepona a car is not needed as everything is to hand. We can put you in touch with car transfer if you prefer not to hire.

This was really nice apartment, like a home away from home and lots of extras, it was ideal havng the lift and the second bathroom wiht shower was very good for my elderly mother and aunt. Good kitchen appliances too and the fridge freezer very roomy, air con was a blessing , the only downside was the pool being in the next property as its difficult to get two 80 somethngs, towels and loungers on my own, but if I was glng again would definety book it again.Meet and greet arrangements were excellent.

Myself and my husband are just back from staying here for one week. The apartment is modern and very, very clean. It has a kitchen, living room, balcony, 2 well equipped bedrooms, a bathroom and an extra toilet. The apt is very well equipped with all you need, ie. iron down to cling film! If you have a car there is a underground carpark with designated parking space. The apartment is in a good location. It is about 10 min walk one way to the port 10 min walk the other to the beach. It is downhill on your way there but a bit of a gradient on the way back but nothing too bad. Estepona is a lovely town with plenty to do. The port has plenty of nice restaurants to eat in. The owner Mary and Catherine who looks after the apartment could not have done more to make our stay brilliant! Also great value for money. If we are ever back in Estepona this is where we will stay!

An ideal place to stay in the centre of Estepona, clost to all local amenities; including shops and beautiful beach.
The apartment itself was a lovely clean, modern apartment with everything you need to have the perfect family holiday.

We had a one year old son and was concerned about going abroad for the first time but our minds were put at ease as soon as we arrived at the apartment. We was warmly greeted and shown around the apartment and soon realised it as all the home comforts which was great!
The apartment is very well maintained and is one of the nicest self catering apartments we have stayed in! Its swimming pool is clean and a great place to relax and enjoy the great weather!
The surround place is lovely and has easy reach local shops, bars and restaurants which there is a wide choice. You can either head to the main town or to the local marina both offer great food etc.
The beaches are really nice and we ended up going to the local cove which is by the marina - this has calm water and is safe for children. they also have life guards at certain times.
We also hired a car which was great and the apartment has its own lock up garage which was really useful for loading up for a day out!
Its a must place to go and stay!!!

Place was easy to find and only an hour from Malaga apartment. Apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We went with another couple and a child and there was more than enough room for us all.
It was great to have a private pool which was clearly kept clean and maintained regulary. When we went in September, there was hardly ever anyone else at the pool with us.
Apartment was located about 10/15 minute walk from the Marina where we ate quite a few nights. There is a good mix of restaurants with friendly staff and good food. Reasonable prices as well. Found a great ice cream place too!
Alternatively, ten minutes in the other direction, there was the Estepona Old Town which was wonderful. It Was authentic and traditional with fantastic food although you may need to practice some Spanish! If you didn't want to eat out, the Lidl was only 2 mins walk away which was similar to the UK shop.
There is the main beach near the Old Town which seemed good, although we didn't go there. We went to a smaller cove which was perfect for children as no tide and a suntrap for us! Found another gorgeous beach about 10mins drive away which had waves and less sand. There were lots more beaches that didn't get chance to explore.
I would definitely recommend the apartment to others and will try and visit again soon!

Me and my family have stayed in this lovely apartment summer 2011.
Next year,summer 2012,we will return for 2 weeks.
We have been renting properties for several years now,but this is the best we have ever stayed in!
Everything is provided for,from a well equipped kitchen to parasols and sunbeds for the beach or poolside,even a large coolbag and beachtowels.
There are lots of large supermarkets nearby such as Mercadona and the very cheap Lidl.
Both are in walking distance from the property.
