Costa del Sol Holiday apartment. Two bedroom accommodation near the Marina in Estepona.

The accommodation comprises of fully fitted kitchen, dinning room/ lounge, master bedroom with en suite facilities and second bedroom with a further bathroom. Lounge and master bedroom have patio doors with access to the terrace with south facing sea views.

Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms, sleeps a maximum of 4 people. 2 extra large double bed, or 4single beds.

Bathrooms: 2 . Bathroom 1: bath with shower. Bathroom 2: shower

Kitchen:the kitchen area has an electric oven, microwave oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, washin...g machine and a dishwasher.

Cleaning:The rental rate includes linen, bath towels, a weekly linen change. A final cleaning session takes place after the departure of the client, and is included.

Other:TV with satellite connection, and DVD player. The stereo system has radio and CD facilities. This apartment also includes air conditioning/heating system independent for each room and use of two large community swimming pools. Estepona on the western Costa del Sol in the southern Spain is a pretty town, which has managed to preserve a peaceful atmosphere, and still provides a good example of an Andalusian white village.
The town center has many shops, traditional bars and restaurants offering a wide selection of dishes catering to all tastes. In Estepona you can stroll around the pretty Mediterranean squares radiating with great atmosphere.
It has a wide, clean, sandy beach called La Rada, which is constantly being awarded the European Blue Flag and has chiringuitos (beach bars) dotted all along it.
The pretty tree lined promenade connects the town with the port and has two children's play areas. The port was constructed in 1977 and provides a contrast with the old town.
The marina has two sections – one is the fishing port with boats unloading their catch on a daily basis providing local restaurants with fresh produce. The other part of the port is leisure and sport orientated, bustling with a fine selection of bars and restaurants. Dolphin and fishing trips can be booked from one of the agents in the port.
The Costa del Sol is indeed a land of contrast. Mountains, sea, rural villages and sophisticated tourist resorts. It is all here, and with the most extensive network of hotels anywhere in Spain, enjoying the contrast is one of life’s rare pleasures.
