1st bedroom: Master bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom with a seaview balcony.

2nd bedroom:Double bed with en suite bathroom

3rd bedroom: 2 x single beds with en suite bathroom and a seaview terrace

In total the property offers 3 showers and 4 toilets .. so there will be no fighting who goes first..!

Surrounding the complex there is a large 90 m2 community swimming pool for guests to enjoy and a well manicured shaded grounds and gardens .There are plenty of beach paraphernalia,available at the property( sun umbrelles, deck chairs etc)

Guests also have access to 2 free car parking spaces.

Additional Location Information

Estepona remains a very traditional Andalucian town, with white washed houses and narrow streets with a picturesque old quartet in the town centre. It holds several local and religious festivities and fairs throughout the year and holiday makers are made to feel very welcome to join in and participate in these local festivals and fairs.
Beautiful blue flagged and safe beaches, water sports, fishing and boat trips attracts thousands of visitors each year. But only a few km's inland, there are several traditional white washed villages to explore.
Marbella and the glitzy Puerto Banus is only 20 mins away by car, and Gibraltar is a 40 min drive the other way.
Estepona remains a fishing town and tourists can stroll down to the marina and watch them return with their daily catch! If you're lucky they might throw a few sardines your way free of charge!

The town itself is clean, pretty and offers all that you need for a perfect Spanish holiday. It boasts superb restaurants, tapas bars, live music venues, disco pubs, a nightclub and plenty of chiringuitos( beach restaurants).
The marina and fishing port is a popular hotspot for dining out, having a drink, take a yacht or fishing trips or a leisurely stroll around to feed the fish!
