A contemporary and stylish 4 bedroom family home near Estepona, a center of pure relaxation for families and friends - huge pool, close to beach, Wifi, Apple TV, Netflix & Wii!

The house oozes good taste, contemporary styling, comfort & space. We have thought of every detail for young families and have invested in a full range of baby equipment, toys and games to make your stay with young children go smoothly.

Relaxing at this property is bliss! After you have finished at the pool for the day you can chill out in the garden or on one of 3 private roof terraces, light up the BBQ and mix up a cocktail once the kids are tucked up i...n bed!

With 3 large bedrooms in the main house plus a handy separate annexe, the house can accommodate up to two families, or one large extended family sleeping a total of 10 people.

We have provided all you need for family entertainment; a contemporary kitchen, wide screen TVs, Apple TV and Satellite including the master bedroom, free WiFi , a selection of toys and a Nintendo Wii for the kids. Whilst outside there is an Outback BBQ, a paddle court and tennis court free to use.

Spending the day on the beach is a must, and its only 1800m away. We are also within walking distance of restaurants and a couple of shops. Additional Location Information

Located in the leafy suburbs close to the main town of Estepona, this is very private corner plot on a pretty residential street with lovely neighbours. We are within easy reach of the main A7 coast road which gives access to all the attractions of the Costa del Sol, and just 1800m from the beach at Atalaya. We are also within walking distance of the Diana Park commercial centre where you can find a supermarket, hairdresser, bakery and a selection of restaurants with Spanish and international flavours.

There is car parking right outside the house, and a local bus runs all along the coast from the Diana Park commercial center to Estepona and other towns such as Marbella, Fuengirola and Benalmadena.

We are just a couple of minutes drive from Selwo Adventure park which the kids will love, and less than an hour from Gibraltar which is well worth a visit. We also have two water-parks in Mijas and Torremolinos reachable in less than 50 minutes, the Biopark (Zoo), Butterfly Park and Selwo Delphinarium located about 30 minutes away, as well as numerous beaches and play areas all within 5 to 50 minutes drive of the house. There is no better destination for a family holiday in Spain!

Prices Shown are for the whole house including the annex, a total of 4 bedrooms sleeping 10 people plus cots. There is an option outside high season to rent the main house only with 3 bedrooms and receive a discount of £200 per week.

Payment may be made by bank transfer or Paypal & Credit card (fees apply to Paypal/Credit Card) A £350 refundable security deposit is payable on arrival & refunded after departure.

A 30% deposit is required upon booking, and the remainder of the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Full payment is required if booked within 8 weeks. Details of cancellation policy and other terms & conditions available.

The price includes a basic welcome pack, linen & towels, departure clean & local telephone support.

A shopping service is available should you wish us to purchase any particular food or baby items ready for your arrival, a small supplement is payable locally on the cost of the shopping.

Guests have free access to WiFi internet, the access code will be made available after booking.

For the kids, a Wii games console is also available, please bring your favourite games.

Local services can be arranged such as babysitting & childcare, at-home beauticians, private chef or catering, and private taxis for you to enjoy an evening out. We respectfully request adequate notice to be able to make the arrangements for you, and some information will also be left in the villa along with details of nearby Golf Courses and local attractions.
