      Family fun and relaxation.

We had an awesome time. Stating each morning with a spectacular view has we discussed our plans for the day. The Cabin was great, with everything we needed for our stay. We highly recommend it, a great bargain!

We loved our stay at Coyote Cabin!!

Left on 08/02/2012 for a stay in July 2012

Coyote cabin is a great place to stay. The price is right, the cabin is stocked wonderfully, and it's a comfortable place to stay. Our family of 4 had a great time. Cabin was clean, the view was absolutely breath taking. The one thing I will say is the furniture does need to be updated, but other than that, it is clean and friendly. Hummingbirds are fun to watch, and in the evening we had an elk in the side yard! I really recommend this for someone looking for a comfy cabin on the cheaper side of things, you won't be disappointed!!!

      Comfortable and Cozy

Left on 07/14/2012 for a stay in July 2012

We spent three days in Coyote Cabin and loved it. It looks like the cabin was maybe built in the 60's, and some of the furnishings may be from the same era (especially the floors). It was not luxurious, but quite comfortable. Everything worked, was kept up, and anything we needed was there (kitchen supplies, linens, soap, TP, etc). There were only two of us, so it was plenty big enough. The cabin was conveniently located across the street from the visitor's center (where one can take shuttles into Rocky Mountain National Park.) It was set back far enough from the road to feel secluded, and there is a nice view out the front window of Long's Peak. The only thing I would ask the owners to change, is to get a new sofa. It's really squishy and uncomfortable. The single beds in the second bedroom were not very firm, but the one in the master bedroom was quite comfortable and I slept well.

      Stunning view, relaxing and quiet!

Left on 10/07/2011 for a stay in September 2011

My husband and I found Coyote Cabin the perfect getaway for us. This cabin truly had a million dollar view and I loved the large picture windows in the living room and kitchen. We loved being able to see the sun rise or set over Long's Peak from inside or outside the cabin. This cabin is obviously older and not updated in the latest fashion but this just added to its log cabin charm. It was very clean and I am pretty picky about that! Everything worked great including the heater. It is a very tight cabin and can be kept a comfortable temperature. We enjoyed being close to the Park and had several deer and elk as well as squirrels and rabbits keep us company. The folks at Range Property Management were very friendly and in case anyone is wondering, we received our deposit back about a week after we left. We would definitely stay in this cabin again.

A quiet get-away in a superb mountain setting

Left on 09/19/2011 for a stay in September 2011

Cabin very comfortable, well equipped and very clean! Outside a superb view and enough open space. Wildlife right on the doorstep (deer, birds). Only critisism would be - outside furniture lacking.
Ideal point to get into the Rmnp.
Quick and friendly service to help master the combination lock :-)
This one addressed to RPM : I think 60 days advanced payment in full is too long. It is longer than anywhere else we know and we are very experienced renters.

Perfect small family cabin with great views

Perfectly situated away from the very busy town of Estes Park, just be the Beaver Meadow entrance station to Rmnp. Excellent size for 4 people and kitchen was very well equipped. A little dated inside but perfectly comfortable and suited our needs perfectly.

Left on 08/24/2011 for a stay in July 2011

wonderful little cabin far enough from from everything yet close to all the fun!! very simple and clean amenities. beautiful view! only problem we encountered was the lock to the front door was not easy. It really should be replaced as we had alot of trouble getting it locked. The management was accomodating and welcoming when we booked our stay.

      Coyote cabin magnificent views

Left on 08/18/2011 for a stay in July 2011

The property was as represented with excellent full on mtn views. The kitchen, bathroom, was stocked with all household items you'd need. Everything worked fine. Serious water pressure! The cabin was clean enough for the purpose of a cabin stay. The only problem is that the driveway was terribly washed out after a huge rain, and was difficult to manuever without catching your undercarriage. We had a $214 repair on our minivan undercarriage as the center hump in the gravel/dirt drive way was a good foot up and their are large fieldstones on the side so you can't easily ride the center. It needs to get a load of rock is all and or an SUV. I never bothered to call it in. There was a great amount of wild life: one black bear, lots of elk, mule deer, coyote, around the cabin. Wonderful. Location was close enough to walk to Beaver Meadow station (yet away from road) so that we could split up in the park and meet back at the cabin. Very nice to take the shuttle back out if someone wants to head back early, etc... Range Prop was excellent to deal with on all fronts. Easy, easy, will use them again. Very nice authentic cabin placed well next to the park!

Coyote Cabin is a very comfortable cabin...everything was terrific. Saw several elk and deer in the area. It is very close to Rmnp entrance which makes it even more desirable, and has an "oh...my...gosh" view from the front porch!! We have no complaints.

      Beautiful View and Great Location

Left on 08/31/2010 for a stay in August 2010

We very much enjoyed our 1-week stay at Coyote Cabin. The view out the living room and kitchen windows was magnificant. The cabin was roomy and well-maintained. The location is good for going to the park, and with a grocery store and restaurants nearby. The added bonus was coyotes howling shortly after dark about four nights, as well as deer and elk visitors.

Just what we were looking for, but

Left on 06/21/2010 for a stay in May 2010

Coyote Cabin was just the quaint mountain cabin that we wanted to get away from our electronic dependent lives. We had certain issues - the front door was not easily locked or unlocked, the toilet paper and soap were not enough for the full week, the propane ran out, but all were minor in the scheme of things. Range Propety Mgmt web site let us know exactly what we were renting. They were responsive to our propane problem. As to value - who can put a price on such a great view.

Coyote Cabin is cleen lots of space and quite, it is close to anything you would want to do or see. The cost for the use of the cabin is in line with rental in that area and less than staying in a motel.
