We rented this property for one full week and completely enjoyed it! The home was comfortable for us and had everything we needed for using the kitchen all week. I thought it was exceptionally clean which I greatly appreciated. The mattress' were very comfortable. The location is a little too far to walk to the downtown area, but easily accessible in five minutes or less. It was great to have the washer & dryer! Only thing missing in the complex would be a pool, but the condo was great without one. For our family of five the living room was a little short on seating(2 adults & 3 teenagers) it is workable though. There is no a/c which normally you probably don't need here, but it it was unusually warm this year, so it would have been nice. Will be staying here again!!

In general, this condo was quite nice, clean, and well-kept. Check-in was easy and convenient, the kitchen had all the utensils and dishes we needed, and we liked the spaciousness. We enjoyed being in a homey atmosphere rather than a hotel for our weeklong stay.
We did have a few complaints:
1) Air conditioning would have been much appreciated. If it was this hot in June, I would not want to stay here in July or august!
2) Location was not ideal - neither close enough to downtown Estes for convenient shopping, nor out-of-town enough to feel secluded.Response from Range Property Management - 08/14/2012

This condo is very conveniently located, has everything you could possibly need and is oh my gosh quiet. It was very clean when we got there and the property management company was easy to work with during the booking process. It is very close to the grocery store, downtown, restaurants, etc. Their is a golf course behind the condos. We saw elk, prairie dogs, deer and other wildlife every day in the evenings.

This is a very nice place. The rooms are all of a good size and the beds are comfortable. We went daily to the park and to other hiking trails which this place is perfecct for. Everything worked perfectly.

Centrally located and quiet. Very clean.Well equipped. More personally and artfully decorated than most condo rentals.Updated decor.Fortunate to get it at height of season.Would have like king bed but I knew there was not one,or room for one.Good experience,though.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The condo unit was extremely clean and well supplied with amenities. The seating arrangements also made our stay very pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed a great Thanksgiving dinner prepared by my wife while watching the Elk on the golf course. Fortunately, the weather cooperated during our stay allowing us to enjoy Christmas shopping, the local restaurants and the downtown parade. We would definitely stay at this location again. My wife particularly appreciated having everything on one floor.
