Magical home in a secluded area very close to Rmnp. Great views of surrounding mountains and plenty of wildlife to view from Just Right. Everything was above par. Please finish assembling gas grill so future guests can utilize.

We enjoyed excellent service from Range Prop. Mgt. Basket on kitchen counter was well received. Good location for rodeo, and kept us from dealing with downtown traffic. Look forward to renting again.

We rented this home for a long weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday for my mom. The house was comfortable and clean, in a lovely setting, with nearly all the amenities you could ask for including Dvds and videos. There were just two couples in our group, though the home could accommodate others if they don't mind not having a designated bedroom - there are plenty of places to sleep in the upper sitting room.
One highlight of our trip was the deer: we were sitting on the back patio playing a game one evening, and two deer wandered through the back yard less than 15 feet from us. What fun!
I would have given this home a higher score on comfort, but we ended up staying there during a heat wave and it does not have a/C, which made the stay quite warm in the evenings. Generally, that won't be a problem in Estes Park!Response from Range Property Management - 08/14/2012
