Our week at Marske was amazing. As we were driving into Windcliff there were 2 large elk within ten feet of the road that did not bat an eye at us as we took pictures of them with their large antlers as they just contently ate grass for hours. The house was my dream home with flowers at the entrance and in the foyer. Inside was even better with amazing views of the snow topped mountains from each balcony and this is august. The interior is decorated with an old lodge touch with modern appliances and little owls hidden in various spots thoughout the house. My daughtor loved the loft away from the rest of the family and it had an owl lamp. This was definitely a great place to stay. It was almost like staying in the alps with its fresh air and breathtaking views, but with modern amenities and still just 10 minutes to town.

The Marske residence was a perfect fit for the 5 of us who stayed at Windcliff, which was 3 generations of our family. It was one of the highest elevation Windcliff properties & I am so glad I chose it over the others. Also, because we were so high, it was quiet with no cars on the winding roads. The view was worth a thousand words. It was home base for horseback riding, hiking, plontoon boating over the divide at Grand Lake, white water rafting, the haunted Stanley Hotel, & of course, the beautiful town of Estes Park for all our shopping & restaurants. I would return here in a heartbeat. The staff was great & you have to meet Mr. Bond, the gigantic black & white cat who greets you at the office.

This was a great place to stay. Clean, well kept and comfortable. The leasing folks were responsive and easy to get in contact with. Three floors meant the loft was great for kids to stay and gave the and the adults [on the bottom floor] some privacy and every floor had its own balcony. Parking is a little tricky if you have either a large vehicle or more than one vehicle. Watch out for the corners on the beds in the loft - sharp and painful on your knees!

We recently spent 4 days at Marske and just loved it. Our kids enjoyed the loft area which made for a cool getaway area for them. The condo was very clean and had all of the amenities we required.
The views were terrific and as a photographer, it was a wonderful place to take local shots.
The only two small problems, were the very tight garage/driveway. Took a little maneuveuring with our large 4wd vehicle, but we got used to it. The dryer wasn't working as well as we would have liked.
These were two small blips in an otherwise, wonderful visit. We highly recommend the accomodations. -

We entertained a guest who had never been to Colorado. She cried when she saw the view and was euphoric the entire week. Need I say more!
Our only complaint was that the beds are like sleeping on boards-so hard we doubled over the comforter and slept on it to manage at all. -

We arrived on Sunday after the office was closed. The instructions for after hours arrival made it easy to access the condo. Our only contact with the staff was when we checked out because it was simply not necessary prior to that. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as described. The views are actually even better than the pictures indicate. This was our first condo stay. We will definitely do this again.

Our stay at the Marske was wonderful!!! The serenity and view were amazing! Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the place was so well equipped and comfortable. Made such a homey atmosphere. Very roomy for the 6 of us. We absolutely loved staying at the Marske!!

I stayed in Marske 9/05/10-09/07/10 with my parents. Marske is at the very top of the mountain. My parents and I loved the views! Wildlife comes right down on the hillside next to the property. The deck is wonderful to sit on and enjoy. I'm not a good cook, so I can't give a rating of the kitchen, sorry.
The garage is at the end of a long driveway off to the left, so you have to maneuver a little in and out. I did not care for backing out all the way down the driveway, but it is just a small price to pay for the wonderful views!
The bedrooms are either upstairs or downstairs, so remember that if you don't want to go up and down alot. At the very top in the loft area there is a "walk-in" shower, which is great for older people who have trouble getting in and out of bathtubs.
I have stayed in Lustig and adams. I love Lustig and love their spacious living room, but even though Marske is smaller, it rates very high on my list. We appreciated tvs being in every room.
The neighbor who lives next door was very nice. The entire town of Estes Park is a fabulous town with wonderful people! We hated to leave! I love Windcliff and would recommend it highly! I would love to stay at Marske again in the future. -

I have never had a trip to Estes Park Co.(with that said) and this one was know different. All I can say is the pictures and Video tell no lies it was just like that. The view and Marske was awesome. Rocky Mountain is just so beautiful, hiking and driving up the Trail Ridge Rd. at dusk was so nice. No doubt I will be back.

My husband had an accident a few weeks before our vacation, and we thought we might have to cancel our trip to the Marske house. After beginning physical therapy, he was able to travel. The Marske house was a perfect retreat for us. We enjoyed the beauty and peacefulness of the home.

The property was a perfect get-away for our family. We enjoyed the 3-tiered deck and grill. We watched movies and played games at the condo. We enjoyed the closeness of the hiking many trails in the Park and were surprised to learn when we got there that the elk were mating at this time. Plenty of opportunities to observe the mating rituals, plus the breath-taking scenery in Rocky Mt. Nat'l Park by taking Trail Ridge. The property also had a fantastic fireplace. Estes had many unique restaurants and an Art fair going on that week. One of the highlights that made us feel right at home was all the Husker football and volleyball posters in the condo. A great, cozy place to relax and reflect on the goodness faithfulness of God.

Our family has had the pleasure of staying at the Marske home on two different occasions. We found the home very clean and the staff was most accomodating. Marske is situated higher than some of the other homes we have stayed in, but the views from Marske are fantastic and well worth the drive up the mountain.
A couple of times we arrived after the office had closed, and the staff was well prepared for us with our keys and a map to the house. I must say.... we have continued to go back to Windcliff on a regular basis and would not hesitate for a minute to recommend choosing them as your destination to Estes Park. -
