Nice scenery perched on the side of a mountain. Very clean cabin with nice 'cabiney' feeling. Very quiet and relaxing and the pool table was a nice bonus. Saw deer from the kitchen window while doing dishes. Thank you for a relaxing time!

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to everyone. The house was very clean and comfortable and the views of Rocky Mountain National Park were wonderful.
The location was only a few miles from Estes Park and the national peak. We would definitely stay again. -

The home was comfortable, uniquely decorated, cozy, and w/ great amenities. The view was beautiful and the weather was perfect. All 'n all it was absolutely the best. We needed a big change for the holidays this year because we lost our daughter to cancer. This trip could not have been better for our family. Just perfect!!

Fort Myers, FloridaJohn Denver would've loved this house!
Left on 10/28/2011 for a stay in October 2011
My husband and I planned this vacation with the intent of finding some much needed peace and quiet, while also visiting the beautiful Rocky Mountain National Park and the town of Estes Park. Mission accomplished! The house was absolutely gorgeous. We played pool every evening... I enjoyed the sauna.. we relaxed out on the deck by day and in front of the fireplace by night. There were elk in the backyard and dear in the front. The view of the mountains from the livingroom and master bedroom are breathtaking. I could just imagine John Denver sitting on the deck and being inspired to write the song "Rocky Mountain High". We ate at "home" for the most part, but had an enjoyable dinner at the Dunraven Inn - about 10 minutes from the house, and at the Stanley Hotel, about 20 minutes away. Even though it was not the height of tourist season, we still needed to make reservations for both places.

We met friends from Michigan in Denver, then traveled up to Estes Park and shared Miller North.
It is a large home for four people with beautiful views of the rocky mountains. The road up to the house takes awhile, but the windows in the home play to the vista. Appliances are functional, but could be upgraded, especially the dishwasher. I would also like to see better lights to read by in the bedrooms and living room.
We enjoyed sitting on the lower deck, many deer in the evening came by.
The home was very clean!
If you rent this home, plan to be out most of the day as this property is outside of Estes and up the mountain.Response from Windcliff Properties, Inc. - 09/13/2011

Thank you for your review. This home is no more than 15 minutes to the middle of downtown Estes Park. Our secluded setting and panoramic views do require that we are a little off the beaten path but our guests love to wake up to peace and quiet with no traffic or road noise while still being very accessible to downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

We came here to get married and spend a few days honeymooning in Estes Park. Loved the very clean and very well-equipped mountain home. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay here. We came late so the keys/welcome packet were left at the office just as they said it would be. Everything was simply perfect. Thanks!

We loved our stay at Miller North. It's a beautiful property with magnificent views, and all the comforts of home and then some. It had a fabulous steam shower, whirlpool tub and sauna. It had a great fireplace which was perfect for cold January nights, and lots of comfortable places to sit and read. We've been vacationing at Windcliff for over 20 years, and this home is definately one of our favorites, I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience the beauty of the Rocky Mountains.

Thank you for your review of Miller North. We regret that you had trouble with the oven. Both the upper and lower ovens have been checked and repaired by a service technician.

We stayed at the Miller North for only two nights and then stayed in Denver and Colorado Springs for the rest of our vacation. Next time, we will just stay in Estes Park. Miller North was amazing! Clean, gorgeous views, fireplace with plenty of firewood. I must say, the steam shower with views of the mountains was a huge bonus. I look forward to staying there again soon!

Miller North has everything the discerning hiker could possibly want to return to, including a luxurious soak in the jetted tub, a sauna to warm your weary bones, the jetted shower, an evening fire, or reclining lounge chairs for sipping wine while grilling steaks on the lower patio. There were countless thoughtful, generous amenities throughout the property that assured that we were comfortable and pampered. We will be back.

Brighton, COBeautiful condo, scary road.
Left on 09/22/2010 for a stay in September 2010
The condo and staff were wonderful, beautiful views and great accommodations. The road to the condo however is a bit steep, switchbacky and treacherous in good weather. In the winter I can't even imagine driving on the road to the condos/homes, it's single lane and gravel with sharp drop offs everywhere. If the road were paved it might feel safer, but as it stands the road and length of time it takes to reach a home/condo will keep me looking for other places to stay in EP.

We absolutely loved Miller North--the views were amazing and the layout was perfect for our toddler. Kudos to the homeowners and Windcliff staff for making this such an easy, comfortable and memorable vacation. Can't wait to come back!

This house is a great find. Well maintained, well equipped. Close enough to Estes Park to make shopping and other necessities easy, but far enough (10 minutes) out that you feel away from it all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The view from the mail level and the master bedroom is amazing.

The service at Windcliff is always excellent and we were not disappointed this trip. They do everything they possibly can for an enjoyable stay. They continued to graciously bring us all the firewood we asked for and we did enjoy the fireplace.
We enjoyed the spaciousness of the home, especially the gameroom downstairs. There is a good view and a pleasant meadow down below. The road is above the home so it seems like you are in the middle of a forest - it is very quiet. We enjoyed deer and elk. The home is well furnished with everything we needed - there wasn't anything we needed that wasn't there.
I might suggest to the homeowners that they improve the livingroom sofa, think about a window covering on the bedroom window into the bathroom and possibly some side tables and lamps downstairs. This is by no means a criticism, just a suggestion. We were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. -

My husband and I and our 2 year old boy stayed at Miller North in Aug. We had an absolutely wonderful time there. The house was beautifully sit on the mountain and is only minutes to the entrance of Rocky mountain national park and downtown Estes Parks. The house was clean and nicely decorated. It was nice of Windcliff to offer a highchair for our boy. The Jaccuzi tub in the master is great. It fits comfortably for all 3 of us after a long day hiking and exploring. We really enjoyed out stay and will definitely come back in the future.

My husband and I absolutely loved Miller North. We would definitely recommend it all our friends. We can't wait to return and bring our family. The house was spotless. Can I hire them to come clean my house? Everything was perfect. I really didn't want to leave to go anyplace else. I just wanted to stay at the house. The weather was great. We did get to see one deer. I don't think I could live there (too high up in the mountains), but I will visit again. The town of Estes Park is quaint, and cozy. Thank you for providing us with a perfect vacation home. I would never stay in a hotel again. You spoiled us.

The office staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was ready when we checked in. The house set up was perfect for our four families. It was very clean and provided everything we needed. Both units were very large and could accomodate our large group very easily. The pool tables provided entertainment for the kids as did the big screen television in the evening. All the houseware was provided and utilitized. The views were spectacular and the wildlife roaming through the yards were an added bonus. I would highly recommend a stay here and the next time that our families do it surely will be for a full week next time.

My wife, daughter and I stayed here in May 08 and it was perfect for us. Beautifully maintained and panoramic views. Deer came right up to the back door, elk on the road! We found the staff at Windcliff to be terrific, extremely courteous and helpful. Very easy to rent and no problems what so ever. We got in late and everything was waiting for us as promised. I would highly recommend this unit and the Windcliff organization and we actually have referred a few friends. I would definately return. Provided a terrific base to see the mountains and take my family to play in the snow - daughter's first! Lots of great memories. Thank you Millers !!

Left on 01/18/2009 for a stay in September 2008
My family has stayed at Windcliff Estates many times and we love the view in both summer time and the fall when the Aspens are turning. We enjoyed Miller North very much, it was beautifully furnished, however I do have a couple of problems with the home. In one of the downstairs bedrooms, the closet was locked and consequently there was no place to hang clothes either in the room or adjacent to the bedroom. Strongly suggest the owners (if they keep the closet door locked) at least provide some way for a guest to hang their clothes. The other two minor problems were that the dishwasher did not work properly and two of the handles on the stove top were marked for the wrong burners which could lead to a serious fire or injury. The view was not as magnificient from Miller North as it has been from other homes we have rented in the past.

We appreciate your taking the time to provide this review. We have addressed the maintenance issues and will speak to the owners about the locked closet. Although all of our homes have magnificent views, some homes have a more forested setting than others
