A group of us men friends from church hike a different mountain range every year so we stay in all kinds of accommodations. We always stay in the best places. Rasmuson is the best ever. Super clean, top notch furnishings, all the extras you could want. We have used Windcliff before. They are very professional. Everything is as it should be, very proactive, follow up is great. Highly recommend Windcliff and Rasmuson house. Very convenient to town and hiking. Great views and wildlife everywhere. Roads very well maintained.

This home was definitely a 'joy' and very accommodating with it's 5/6 bedrooms and 6 baths -- I enjoyed cooking meals in this kitchen. The location is close to town and Rmnp. We had great time/ good hikes and lots of laughter. Jet

I rented Rasmusson for a long weekend celebrating a bday with friends. Seven women in total and we loved the property! Beautiful kitchen and furnishings. Great layout made it easy to converse, cook, relax all together. Plenty of sleeping space. Had everything we needed. The view is absolutely stunning from the deck. Saw deer around the property each day! Only one small suggestion: need a better sound system for playing music on main floor. Big screen and ping pong table downstairs were perfect. Would definitely rent this property again. Thanks so much!

We loved the home for our family reunion. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The bedroom/bathroom layout in the basement worked wonderfully. The view from the house was the best part. The house was a pretty, short drive from town, which was nice. As someone who cleans houses professionally, I found the house to be clean overall. My brother had stayed at one of your homes years ago and recommended your site. We were all very pleased and would definately stay again and recommend Windcliff to others.

We rented this home for 7 adults and three young children for a family reunion and it was wonderful. Plenty of space, lots of bathrooms, and great views. Everything was in working order including the gas grill. We enjoyed the ping-pong table and the easy access to the Park and the town. We had a terrific experience here and would highly recommend it. Management was accomodating and helpful.

Was the perfect home for our family reunion! Lots of room and near
the National Park and the town of Estes Park...both important features
for us! A great kitchen, bar-b-que and fabulous views!! Spent many
evening watching beautiful sunsets with good food and wine!! Staff at
the development were friendly and extremely helpful!!
