We could not have been more thrilled with our "castle" and highly recommend it to others. We had a group of 10, but the house is so large and spread out that we never felt like we were on top of each other. Kids played for hours down in the river, then to the wonderful hot tub. The kitchen was unbelievably well-equipped, nice tv's everywhere, wonderful deck etc. etc. Only problem was a lack of air conditioning which ordinarily wouldn't have been needed. We left the Texas heat to go to the CO heat! Thanks so much, owners and RPM.

We arrived a few hours early and were able to get into the most beautiful house on Fall River. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sound of the river on our patio. The Perrys spared no expense in this beautiful house. We just enjoyed the whole experience and will definately return and stay at the Castle on Fall River.

Four couples, 7 of the people have known each other for more than 50 years, had a lovely reunion at Castle on Fall River. We loved having so many different areas in which to read, play cards, enjoy the beautiful weather or just go off by ourselves for awhile to read. It was such a luxury for each couple to have our own private baths!
All but one evening we enjoyed the lovely dining room for dinner. We had a couple group lunches as well. The convenience to town was great with a short cut to avoid much of the main drag for quick necessity shopping, etc. The wrap around deck was much used and enjoyed. We used the grill as well. And the hot tub was an added luxury!
So many things about the house to enjoy, but my personal favorite was listening to the sound of Fall River...It was very soothing and relaxing. We live in Colorado and enjoy Estes Park often, but the 3 other couples came from Minnesota, so the views and beauty were especially appreciated by our out of state guests. It is safe to say that a good time was had by all! I know I speak for the others in thanking you for sharing such an incredible home! -

Fabulous location. One mile from town and shuttle service right up the street. Easy access to the park. Quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend this home and this location.

The house is large and lovely, probably too large for us. The living area/kitchen area and the sleeping areas are separated by a long hallway, and the kitchen/eating area feels very separate from the living area so does not have a "cozy cabin" feel. Lovely views from the front of the house, though the views mean less seclusion and more traffic--fairly busy resort/cabin complex across the street. Management company was top-notch and very unobtrusive. House was clean and very well furnished. Very good amenities.

very nice house...tons of room! Loved the hot tub at night when it was time to wind down after a long day of hiking and sightseeing. Great location near Main street, but far enough away so you get that cozy on-the-river feeling. Stocked with just about everything we needed for a comfortable stay. June-July 2010 was our second year to vacation at Castle on Fall River. Castle on Fall River is such an awesome home and we thoroughly enjoyed both of our vacations there. It is a wonderful home for a family gathering, and in our opinion there is no better place to enjoy the beauty of Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. We are looking forward to going back in 2011!

Seven adults stayed at the Castle on Fall River in June, 09. We have been coming to Estes for 25 years and stayed in everything from cabins to luxury homes. When we arrived we couldn't believe the size of the home. Very spacious and nicely decorated. The deck that wraps around the side of the house overlooks the Fall River and has a hot tub that fit 4 adults. One of our favorite things to do was watching the hummingbirds drink from the feeder hanging from the edge of the deck. We had elk cross the river within 2 feet of the house and travel up the hillside. The kitchen is a gourmet cooks dream. The location is great, minutes from town and the north RMNP entrance. The only drawback is the price of the rental. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We dont always stay in a place this nice, but all of our children and their spouses were together for probably the last time so we wanted to make it special. And it was just that. We loved this place. The place was very clean and well kept. Everything worked well and it was at a perfect location. I couldn't say enough about how this place made our last time together as a family a very memorable time.

I had wanted to treat my family to a relaxing vacation in Estes Park for my dads 80th birthday. I knew I wanted a special place to stay but Castle on Fall River exceeded by far any expectations I had. Driving up we were in awe of the house and the entire week we just kept commenting on how fantastic everything was. The kitchen and the deck were some of our favorite features. I would recommend it to anyone with a large family that wants a dream vacation!
