Located in the High Drive area, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is great for the outdoors person as well as the shopper. It is centrally located close to Rocky Mountain National Park as well as close to downtown. With a deck and lawn chairs over looking Longs Peak and Twin Sisters, the great outdoors can be easily enjoyed. Sleeps 6 tp 8ppl Bed situations are as follows: Queen in master bedroom, 2 twins in second bedroom, 2 twins and a queen in third bedroom. Wi-Fi available.

We really loved our stay in this house. It is obviously used as a vacation spot for the owners, and they have generously left a lot of home comforts around for short-term visitors. There is an extensive library - great for foreigners trying to identify fauna and flora we've seen and understand the local ecosystems and history. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you need for a wide variety of cooking (though they ask, quite reasonably, to contribute to restocking any consumables like spices, plastic wrap, etc). The house is extremely comfortable and there is plenty of space to relax and unwind. The view out the kitchen and loungeroom windows and from the deck is absolutely marvelous.

We love staying in the High Drive area. This home has so much room and a great deck with beautiful views. It has everything you need. We would recommend putting in the screens on the doors earlier as it was very warm when we were there and no air could move through the house. Ceiling fans would also be a big help. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home!

My wife, adult children, and I loved our Estes Park vacation. One big reason was the rental house provided by Range Property Management. The staff understood our housing preferences and guided us to choose the best unit for our needs. The view was awesome,and there was quick access to both Estes Park and the National Park.
The house itself was clean and comfortable,and just the right size for us. There were ample linens and kitchen utinsels, and everything worked. -

The property was clean and well maintained. My husband really enjoyed the book on the history of Colorado railroads. The only concern was handicap accessability. My sister and brother-in-law had to be very careful coming from and going to the car. I don't have any suggestions for improving that except the possibility of a hand rail from the upper parking spot to the front door. The view was wonderful and the neighborhood quiet.

The cabin was a good value. While dated, like most cabins in Estes Park, all of the appliances were in working order. There was a tremendous view and wildlife everywhere. We saw bear, elk and badgers while sitting on the deck. The ever present hummingbirds were fascinating to watch as well.

Very good facilities with excellent view from the furnished deck of Long's Peak and nearby mountain range. Having stayed at 3 other houses in the High Drive area, although this was somewhat overpriced for the size, it had the best outdoor view. Very enjoyable, relaxing facility.

The location of the proprty is great. The views are great. However, the accommodations were very disappointing. The house is very dated. The beds and bedding were terrible. The pillows were flat. There was only one TV and it was an old 19" with a non-working remote. The remote to the DVD player didn't work either. The cable stations were awful with only 12 working stations. This was our fifth vacation in Estes Park. Everyone knows that the afternoons generally rain, therefore the afternoon is down time which can consist of watching TV. There were little notes scattered throughout the house pointing out little nuances. This was fine, but it is better to fix these items. We paid too much to stay in this property.
