This beautiful home just doesn't give you views of mountains, it puts you in the mountains. Grab a book and watch the clouds float by or head to Rocky Mountain National Park for a hike and wildlife viewing. This 3 bedroom 3 bath home is located in a prestigious development west of Estes Park. Enjoy the fireplace or relax on one of two decks. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 TVs with a VCR/ DVD player available, Washer-Dryer and many extras. Sleeps 8 people with a queen and single in all 3 bedrooms.

Our family was able to celebrate the holiday in a home that was perfect to allow time together. Magnificent views is an understatement. We were close enough to Estes to enjoy restaurants but when we went back up the mountain we were surrounded by wildlife and the beauty of the mountains. Great experience.

What a beautiful home nestled in the mountains 1,000 feet above the town of Estes Park. Comfortable and quiet. Loved to look at the doe that visited us every morning outside the bedroom window.

The house was in a good location to Rocky Mountain N.P. It had beautiful views of the mountains and it was a comfortable and quiet place to return to after a day of hiking and sightseeing. We saw wildlife right from the deck. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and we enjoyed many good memories on this vacation.

The service with Range Property Management was excellent. The home was perfect for our family's needs and so spacious. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. The location was breath-taking...didn't realize we would be quite so high on the mountain! We did not enjoy the extreme winds, however, which were a by-product of two strong thunderstorms. We were not able to enjoy the outside decks because of the winds. Loved seeing the wildlife nearby.
There were a couple of housekeeping issues...broken lamp, drawer facing that fell off, and dangling light bulbs. -

We choose this rental due to the stated views, and upon arrival we knew we had the perfect vacation home. The home had plenty of space for a family with teenagers and grandparents. Any nuisance one may find in this rental home will melt away when you look out the window.

We really loved the location of this house. It was well equipped except for the obvious need we ran into for a flashlight or two and candles. If we would've had those things, we would not have been worried about spending the night without power. However the power did come back on eventually and we were only down to 54 degrees in the house! We were very comfy and relaxed otherwise. I like the updates the owners have completed and encourage them to continue - it'll be worth it in the end. The TV hookups were missing but we worked that out. It was fun to see all the wildlife out the windows and we sledded in the driveway (added bonus).

The power outage was a surprise, it happened to be out on this part of town for almost 3 hours. This does not occur often in Estes Park, but now that it has come to my attention, I will pay better attention to candle supplies and flashlights.
