The lower level has a family room and two bedrooms with log bunkbeds and daybeds. The large fully equipped kitchen is open to the living and dining areas. This property is spacious and beautiful and is minutes away from downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. The online pictures give but a hint of this lovely vacation home. The four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms accomodate twelve people comfortably. The owners have placed many personal pictures and objects of inspiration that are uplifting.

We stayed along with 2 other couples at the Hot Tub w/Lake View home and it was wonderful. The pictures don't do all the handmade woodwork made by the owner justice. Loved sitting in the hot tub in the early morning and evening hours. We saw twin fawn deer and lots of hummingbirds. The kitchen was awesome and had lots of room for several of us to work in there at the same time. It's in a great location that is close to town and Rmnp.

the place is just grand the the home made art work is the best. the drive way is a little trechorous on a bike but i have seen worse, the service was top shelf and have already recommended it to my friends, will be back again next year

We hadn't been to Estes Park for 6 years so finding the right vacation rental to stay in was very important to us. Hot Tub with Lake View couldn't have been more perfect. It had ample room to sleep all of us - 6 adults and 1 child and the kitchen was spacious with all the amenities of home. This rental is clearly a 2nd home for the owners as they put a lot of attention into decorating. This is a nice home with a cabin feel. The location was very convenient - we loved the view!
The best part was the open floor plan and the hot tub. We would definitely stay in Hot Tub with Lake View again.

We had 9 adults and 1 child in this house for 7 days and there was plenty of room for everyone. The downstairs den, with sleeping accomodations and two bunk rooms, made privacy very easy even with that many people. The house was filled with wonderful detailed hand-made furniture, great pictures of Estes and Rmnp, and was a real reatreat for us all after a long day hiking. We feel like we found a real treasure and will rent this house again - we take at least one trip to Estes for hiking every year.
The response and service from Range Property during our stay was also note worthy. We had a couple of questions and a late night visit to the dumpster by a bear and the Property staff were very attentive.

The cabin is nicely situated away from town, next to a lake for fishing and a great view. That said, there were several significant disappointments:
1) The hot tub water was a dark green when we arrived on a Sat. The property management company did not get anyone to come out and work on it until the following Friday. That made the hot tub useless for the entire stay
2) The refrigerator took 48 hours to get to a state where it could cool our food. This antique needs replacing.
3) The trash container outside was vandalized by 2 different bears on two different days. It is definitely not bear proof -

This owners of this beautiful home took great care in creating this home, and it shows. It is quiet spacious and features two king bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The lower level was a haven for all the kids, with two separate bunk rooms, and a family room with two daybeds. Plenty of floor space for extra cots or sleeping bags. The main level was roomy with only 7 of us there. The dining table is huge, and we all hung out in the living room together doing different things. Love the open floor plan. Maybe the best part of he house, though, are its many decks. Eating space out front, where we also spent some time stargazing at night. Each king bedroom has its own small balcony. Out back, there are two more decks. We really enjoyed the hot tub and watching all hummingbirds visit the feeders. We never turned the tv on once!! Highly recommend this home.

this home was definitely home away from home. Spacious, quiet, and with every amenity you could possibly need. I traveled with 6 children and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the home. Very comfortable, with room for everyone to move around without bumping into each other.

What a beautiful and peaceful house and location! We had our family reunion there and had every possible sleeping place occupied. You couldn't tell though there were that many people in one house though with all the room to sit and visit or just sneak away for awhile. The views from all three decks is gorgeous!!! I would highly recommend for anyone's vacation. Fully equipped kitchen with enough room to gather around the island and talk. Washer and dryer are a big plus as well!!!

Excellent accommodations. Convenient to town yet very quiet. Great view from property deck off living area. Wonderful fully furnished kitchen. Took own dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent and needed it. Steps and stairs could make the property difficult for some older folks to access. Ceiling fans, but no aC. Only needed more air circulation on one afternoon.

Our family, including children, teens with friends and girlfriend spent a wonderful week at this location. It was a memorable experience close to many outdoor activities around Estes Park. The home was interestingly decorated and had every aminity to make our stay comfortable. It was like our home away from home.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We had a great time. Great location with beautiful view. The deck and hot tub were great! Even though it was just the two of us there was enough room to sleep a bunch more people. Very close to Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park. The place is kept very clean and the kitchen had all the appliances, dishes, etc... to cook our own meals. It was also a bonus to have a washer and dryer. We can't wait to go back.

This house is fabulous! The hand made furniture and wall scapes are artistry. The different levels are great for privacy for multiple family groups. What a kitchen! large and spacious and room to move around and mingle over coffee. Of course the view is spectaular on the different decks or in the hot tub. No noise from neighbors. You can walk to Mary's Lake to fish. Easy access to downtown Estes or to the Rocky Mountains south or west. Beautiful in every season. I give it 10 stars!!!

First, this home is a home and has everything a home could ever want: room, comfort, several nooks for small group conversation, big dining room table with plenty of space, decks, hot tub, parking, ease of location, full kitchen, bathrooms, variety of sleeping options, etc. Secondly, there is such love put into this home - you see it in the offerings on the wall, the custom-made furniture, the little touches that mean everything in terms of hospitality, the comments other visitors have made in the guestbook, and more. Could not recommend more highly. Have returned annually for a few years. Oh, and plus it is easily within reach of all the fun and beauty the Estes area offers!
