More pictures to come for this 4 bedroom 3 bath home located in the upper High Drive area of Estes Park. Terrfic views of the divide. Close to town and close to the main entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Nice spacious deck, cable tv, washer, dryer, garage and secluded. This 4 bedroom house has a queen in the master with private bath, queen in the second, double in the third, and two single beds in the fourth bedroom. Sleeps 7 people

The view was great, the house was great. Lots of amenities. Nice kitchen great deck. Lots of windows to let in the cross breeze. The only recommendation I would make is get better pillows for the bedrooms. I would stay again if I get the opportunity.

We had a wonderful experience with this rental. Was cleaner than a hotel and had lots of extra's. Even had a crock pot to prepare dinner while we were out having a good time. Would definately recommend and would like to visit again at some point. Could use some better pillows on the beds. Having a dishwasher and washer and dryer was very nice.

Our family of 6 adults stayed here for a week, and agreed it was the best trip to the Rockies ever. The house was clean and well-provisioned. We enjoyed the spaciousness and the terrific views, even getting up early to watch the sunrise, beautiful! We always saw chipmunks, rabbits, and hummingbirds, and even watched deer munching their way down the yard one morning. We loved the location close to town and Rocky Mountain National Park, but away from the crowds.

Our stay at Sunrise on the Rockies was every bit as good as we had hoped it would be. All ameneties needed were there: comfortable beds, extremely spacious area for the 6 of us, very convenient both to town and the National Park areas and a breaktaking view of the Rockies. I hope we will be fortunate enough to stay there again next year. Range Property Management has been very good to deal with and we have rented their properties for several summers now. I would highly recommend them to Estes Park vacationers.

My family has used Range since the 1960's when my grandmother decided she had enough of camping. They are a wonderful company who treat you well.
This has been one of our favorite house with the great view from the deck. We spent most of our time on the deck.

We have long loved the Rocky Mountains, and Estes Park. But this summer we needed a place for our growing family, and "Sunrise on the Rockies" was just right. We looked at many places, and are very glad that this house was there, and available. It is its name, i.e. a house looking out onto the most gorgeous view imaginable, a literal "sunrise on the Rockies" every morning. The kitchen, the living room, the bedrooms, the deck, all were as hoped, and we thoroughly enjoyed our week. One small maintenance issue came up, and was taken care of within a day. It is obvious that the owners love their home, and it was a gift to be able to share it this summer.

We had a wonderful time. The accomodations were comfortable, and very well appointed. The view spectacular. It is close enough to town and the park entrance to be convenient but still felt like we were in our own private park. Would absolutely stay again. The Range was very helpful and wonderful to work with.

Sunrise on the Rockies is wonderfully spacious and comfortable. Kitchen and laundry convenient. Diningroom and deck provide spectacular views of the Rockies. Entrance to the national park is very accessible. We were 6 adults and a toddler with more that adequate room for each one.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We did have some confusion about the check in time but other than that it was wonderful. The house is very nice and the location is great (away from the craziness of downtown Estes Park).

We were very pleased with our rental home experience. It was our first time of renting a vacation home and we couldn't have been happier. The main problem that we had was locating the correct home the first time up the mountain because the address was hidden by all the trees but after the first time it was a breeze. Everything about the home was better than our expectations! The description didn't say anything about the kitchen in the basement! And it appeared to be fairly new. The 2nd refrigerator came in very handy for keeping everything cold for our kids and grandkids too. Plus there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. And with a baby the washer and dryer came in very handy. But the best part was the beautiful view of Rocky Mountain National Park from the deck and dining room!
