Enjoy the best view of all in Etretat from this magnificent 78 square metre apartment in the Roches Blanches building right on the beach. Wake up in the large bedroom, raise the blinds, and greet the day with a full-wall panoramic view of the sea, the crashing waves, and the falaises and the aiguille creuse. An even larger salon has its own wall of glass overlooking the sea. Equipped kitchen, washer, electric heat, internet, DVD player, sleeping for up to 6 people.

The large bedroom is spacious and lit by an entire wall of glass giving on to a terrace. When you open your eyes you will see the sea in all its grandeur. Crashing waves or... calm and blue.

The salon is even larger than the bedroom. There are two couches. One forms a bed 150 x 190 for two people. The other is a bunk-style that becomes two twin beds of 80 x 190.

There is a round table for cards or games, and several comfortable chairs including a rocker. All of this gives onto a wall of glass which leads to the terrace over the beach.

High-speed internet with Wi-Fi access is included free of charge, as is multi-channel digital television. There is a DVD player as well. A telephone is provided for calls in France, free of charge.

The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a washer. The electricity has been completely renovated and is up to code. Heating is electric.

The apartment includes a shower-room and separate toilet. The design is original laquered wood from the 1950's, when the Roches Blanches building was constructed.

After a hard day at the beach and an exhausting viewing of the sunset, you can curl up on the couch in the library corner and read. The apartment includes part of the owner's personal library of history, political science, theology, and literature, for those who look for lighter reading.

The apartment is rented by the night, with a two-night minimum. Special rates are available in low season as well as for week-long stays. Payment is in advance by credit card.

The apartment is registered with the Clevacances national rental properties quality agency and has obtained the 3 key rating. The contract arrangements are according to Clevacances rules. It is also registered and visited by the Etretat town Office of Tourism.

  the views should 'do it' for everyone. They are spectacular and ven the photos don't do it justice. The sunsets are brilliant. Not much of a balcony really but the doors open and you can sit the deckchairs and relax. We stayed for 10 nights and hardly moved out of Etretat spending most days walking the cliffs or strolling around the town. The little streets don't make key pick up easy so go the Tourist Information for a map. The owner gave us some good tips for eating and shoppingIf there is a drawback it is in the original kitchen and bathroom, which is genuinely 1950s style and not for people with limited mobility. As we ate out most evenings and just bought food for salads the kitchen was OK, but it is quite dark. But whatever these drawbacks the views make up for it!

  Un grand appartement original avec deux baies donnant directement sur la mer. Toutes les commodités sont là. Pour ceux qui apprécient l'authenticité d'un appartement des années 1950, avec charme et émotion.

  Ein wunderbares, sauberes app. mit einzigartiger atmosphäre in der ersten Reihe. Großzügig geschnitten, praktisch und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit herrlichem ausblick auf Meer und Klippen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr kultiviert, belesen und sympathisch.
  Er gibt gute Tipps zum Ort und zur Umgebung

  This lovely appartment was clean and comfortable and provided very flexible sleeping arrangements for our family. Tv, internet, electricity and heating were all included. The views of the channel were uninterupted and the cliff top walks were stunning in both directions. At low tide there were some amazing caves and tunnels to explore but the beach is not sandy. The village had everything you need incuding a typical french market on Thursday morning.

  Four of us stayed in this fantastic apartment in Etretat. The view is beyond description - you simply have to see it for yourself. I actually filled up my digital camera card taking photos of the sunset, the beach and the amazing cliffs.
  
  Jon was very helpful and gracious. The beds were really comfortable. There was plenty of room for the four of us. Easy parking. Steps to the beach. Great seafood restaurants are one block away. The hike up the cliffs is fantastic and not too difficult.
  
  I repeat myself, but it was simply fabulous!

  The apartment is very, very, very beautiful. Jon, the owner, always available if you need anything.

  J'ai déja loué cetappartement seaview pour un long week end entre amis.
  La vue est tout simplement hallucinante sur la falaise d'etretat.
  Appartement très fonctionnel, vaste, literie excellente, aucun vis a vis a part la mer.Vous vous endormez au rythme du bruit des vagues et vous vous réveillé comme sur un bateau... trop fort
  Je le recommande très chaleureusement et ce qui ne gâche rien le propriétaire est tout à fait charmant

  My husband and I stayed here with our two babies and it couldn't have been more perfect. The apartment was spacious and clean, with views you cannot begin to imagine!! We would recommend this to anyone looking for a get-away with a purely serene environment and feel!

  I rent the apartment one year ago. The view is absolutly extraordinaty on the falaises.
  Just relax in the transat, and the 16/9 TV is the sea...
  Luxury furnitures and very good quality of beds.

  Spectacular! Go for the location and the light.

  A spectacularly located apartment. Nothing between you and the sea, you're rocked to sleep by the sound of the waves.
  2 big light rooms with original fittings, looking directly out to the horizon. The balconies are narrow and you will need a strong person in your party to slide open the windows.
  Comfortable plain furniture, moderately equipped kitchen, the library is extensive but low on seaside reading. The bathroom also has original fittings, including a very high bath/shower which needs some agility to get into.
  Overall, a lucky find. Adequately equipped but probably the best location for a holiday apartment in Etretat.

  Great Beachfront Flat

  I stayed in this beachfront flat for several nights and it was wonderful. Full view of the beach and zero noise other than the waves on the beach. The flat is large and sunny and quite comfortable.
