Cleveland, OhioA good place to relax
Left on 03/12/2013 for a stay in January 2013
We enjoyed our three weeks at Bayfront One. It is well maintained and comfortable, and the service was excellent the few times we needed it (broken chair when we arrived was promptly replaced, as was the coffee maker that suddenly expired). The location is excellent - within an easy walking distance of the Rec Center and Old Town Eureka, and right on the Bay. (Have to say though that the photo above was not taken from our rental unit - ours did not have a full view of the Bay.)

EurekaFourth of July stay-cation
Left on 12/13/2012 for a stay in July 2012
Our family had a wonderful time in the heart of Old Town. Watching the boats in the bay, enjoying the festivities during the day and then watching the fireworks from our "front row" balcony couldn't have been better. The condo is modern, elegant, well equipped and has plenty of room to host a few friends. We felt like royalty sitting on the balcony watching the festivities below!

Left on 05/28/2012 for a stay in January 2012
I stayed in two of the units- R1 and R5, and the one bedroom (R5) really was a great space. I liked it so much I stayed twice. Very cozy, best view in town, easy to heat, great bed, and nicely supplied/equipped kitchen. They should build 20 R5s because there's no competition in town.

San Francisco, CAThis is a perfect vacation rental
Left on 03/07/2011 for a stay in February 2011
We stayed in the 2 bedroom single floor unit with views of the town and the water. It was fully equipped for cooking and general living and even included an in-unit washer and drier with detergent provided. It was extremely clean and there was plenty of staorage space. The location could not be better for visiting Eureka's old town area which is right across the street. Many restaurants and shops were easliy walkable. There is even a restaurant downstairs. Parking was right outside the unit. Reservation, arrival and check-in procedures were very straightforward and the cleaning deposit was returned almost immediately. We hope to stay there again and highly recommend the property.

San Diego, CAFabulous Condo!
Left on 03/03/2011 for a stay in February 2011
The condo was fresh, modern and clean! It was the perfect place to stay in Eureka while visiting family. There was plenty of room for our family of four and our little pug Bella. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking appliances including small electrics and spices too! Plenty of towels were provided in the linen closet and the washer/dryer in our unit was a real plus! I highly recommend staying at Bayfront One and we will definiately stay there again during our next trip to Eureka!

Bayside, CAMarvelous
Left on 01/06/2011 for a stay in December 2010
My wife and I have stayed at rentals up and down the coast of California, Oregon, and Washington, and this is our very favorite. It's an immaculate, private, cozy space complete with full kitchen, high ceilings, jacuzzi, gas fireplace, and a deck overlooking the absolutely enchanting Eureka marina. It was the beginning of crab season during our recent stay, and all day and night boats were quietly slipping their way in and out of the harbor. It's in the heart of Downtown-Old Town Eureka, and you're literally a half a block away from all the magical Victorian shops...books, clothes, romantic restaurants, a world-class brew pub (The Lost Coast Brewery), a co-op grocery, shoes, gifts, chocolates, and so much more. You may hear the clip-clop of the horse and carriage that awaits you for a wondrous tour; their tour takes them right outside your window. If you're into bird-and-people-and-dog-watching, there is a nonstop show right beneath your deck, pelicans and seagulls and grebes and yes, the occasional sea-lion, all happy to be in this paradisical place. This morning we were treated to the sight of a rainbow over two crews rowing in their shells. And of course, Zoltar will be happy to tell your fortune from his booth in front of the candy shop just beneath you!

We were very pleased with our rental. The place was clean, quiet, comfortable and had what can only be described as a beautiful view. The location was ideal for seeing the redwoods going both north and south. Would recommend this rental to everyone.

The place you guys have there is great. We had a most wonderful stay and made many lasting memories in that area. We stayed at another place after we left Bayfront and the only bad thing I can say about yours is you raised our level of expectations too high and we were spoiled. Not your fault for having such a beautiful place to stay. Anyway, I will recommend your place in every conversation I have about our vacation and I hope we can return to that area again. Thank you.

Vancouver, CanadaGood Luxury Choice if You're in Eureka, Ca
Left on 08/06/2010 for a stay in July 2010
If you prefer 4 or 5 star accommodations, but are forced to stay in an area that doesn't have much choice in that area - eg. Eureka, Ca, then this property is for you.
We had to stop in Eureka since we were on a road trip and it was the half way point between the Oregon Coast and San Francisco when on the Pacific Coast Highway 101. Unfortunately, there were no nice properties to choose from in this area, but I found these condos online somehow. It was pricey for one night and it wasn't as easy to book/check-in/check-out as a proper hotel since there were rental agreements that needed to be faxed and nobody was there to greet you, they asked you to take out the trash and do the laundry before leaving etc., but we survived - apart from doing laundry! We didn't go on vacation to do laundry.
There was a nice restaurant immediately below the condos so that was convenient and gave it more of a hotel feel. The water view from the balcony was probably the best one available in Eureka and it was great to arrive at sunset since the entire suite was bright orange with the setting sun. Security seemed good. Parking was convenient.
Bottom line: an excellent choice if you need to stay in Eureka and want something more luxurious. -
Frequent traveller to the North Coast
Los Angeles, CaliforniaGreat Stay
Left on 05/06/2010 for a stay in April 2010
In a light rain we had a fun diversion browsing the Northcoast Coop for breakfast goods to enjoy back in our cozy condo overlooking the Humboldt waterfront, a thoroughly enjoyable experience that made us sad to leave, after one night. The condo is beautifully furnished and equipped, with high-end kitchen appliances and comfortable bedding, still very new and clean. We hope time will not show much wear and tear as we will love to come back for a longer stay to enjoy Eureka's treasures--used bookstores, art galleries, the Lost Coast Brewery--now that we know of a great place to enjoy it from. Thanks so much!

Really, the Bayfront property is the best location in town! We were centrally
located on the new boardwalk, close to the many charming shops & delicious
restaurants, and could see the boats coming in and out of the harbor all day.
So charming!
We highly recommend this property & hope that many enjoy Eureka this year! -
NA
NAAlmost Perfect
Left on 05/05/2010 for a stay in April 2010
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and when we return we could not imagine
staying any where else. But there are a few issues all dealing with the
bedroom: 1) There aren't any drapes on the window so you can't sleep late
because of the light 2) There isn't a TV in the bedroom - a flat screen would
be wonderful on the wall and 3) The bed is a queen and a king would be better
and would definately fit. Those are my only suggestions - otherwise the place
was beautiful, the view could not have been better and the location was ideal.
Thanks! -

Pleasanton, CaliforniaAnniversary stay
Left on 04/15/2010 for a stay in March 2010
I looked all over the area around Eureka and Arcata for special accomodations for my wife and I on our anniversary. Happened upon a web site for Waterfront Condominiums. I've got to tell you; location, location, location. We were right in the middle of "Old Town" and on the bay near the marina and Harbour. This was a quiet, peaceful location. Pelicans, seagulls, sea lions, fishing vessels. Very safe. Walked to a beautiful dinner at the "sea grill" (4 stars) If you want to be within walking distance of cafes, shops, restaurants, antiques, saloons, art galleries then this is the spot. Caught a beautiful sunset while sipping champaign on the bay view deck. The accomodations were top notch with everything you would need in the kitchen, entertainment center and luxury bath.
I would recommend this to anyone and will stay again in the not so distant future. Thank you again!

San DeigoA Cozy Christmas by the Bay in the Old Town of Eureka.
Left on 01/05/2010 for a stay in December 2009
We had a lovely Christmas stay in the Bay Front condo with an amazing view of the Eureka harbor. We loved to watch the boats going out to work each day and the sunset at the end of the day. The condo has brand new alliances. The upstairs bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub for baths. There is a nice office down stairs and a large storage closet where we kept our sutiecases. We appreciated the full size washer dryer. The elevator was convenient for our luggage and the groceries. It would have been nice to have a dresser in the second bedroom upstairs.
Overall, it was a very comfortable visit. -

Playa Del Rey, CAEnjoyed Your Condo
Left on 12/08/2009 for a stay in October 2009
We stayed at your condo for one week. We loved the
location on the water and the modern features of
the condo. Parking was easy and convenient.
Liked best: location, view, modern kitchen.
Liked least: noise from construction downstairs,
having to do laundry before leaving (delayed our
departure by waiting for dryer).
Recommendation: buy a new set of knives for the
kitchen; provide a better description or signs for
trash area.
Comment: We really enjoyed the unit but our stay
would have been nicer if full maid service were
included. There were a lot of rules for doing
laundry, cleaning etc. We understand it would cost
more for maid service but we would be willing to
pay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo
with us. The Bednars -

Eureka CAExplendid stay

We rented one of the apartments at the Condom for 2 month. We just moved to Eureka, so we found it an excellent place for my wife and kids, specially located just in front of the bay. We enjoyed walking at the old town and visiting the shopping stores and restaurant in the area. The luxury of the interiors makes you feel like home.
